Really pleased with my lambs wools. The price was excellent and they were delivered within a couple of days of ordering.

I recently made a purchse from the Wool Company but was disappointed with the product. However, the customer service I received was excellent. I returned the item and was refunded in full (purchased item and postage) within a week. To my amazement, I later received an additional cheque refunding me for the postage I paid to return the item. Refreshing, amazing and excellent. Thank you.

I searched a lot of sites to find a suitable something for a 'new mum'. I wanted something which would keep her warm on those late nights/early mornings but that was very flexible.
I finally found just what I wanted at the Wool Company - why didn't I start there - I will next time!

Bought 6 black tipped sheepskin rugs as bedside comfort in our bedrooms and they are great on our white tiled floors. Didn't have to wait very long for delivery. Would recommend this company to my friends without doubt.

The cashmere pashmina exceeded expectations. It's softness gives a feeling of luxury and comfort, and although it is large it is light and delightful to wear. The colour is subtle and looks expensive, and the tiny fluffy ends to the tassels add another unusual dimension. Excellent delivery service with constant information and a timed delivery. Altogether a winner!

Ordered a silk shawl and silk and cashmere pashmina. I was absolutely delighted by the efficiency of order and top quality of these goods.

i liked the quality of the shawls but the colours were not quite as i expected

I was amazed at the both the quality of service and quality of goods. I was informed by email as to the the status of my order. I was informed after just a couple of days that my order was going to be despatched, given the name of the person delivering it, and the time it would be delivered. All happened exactly as stated. The goods were of an excellent standard even down to the packing.
I have never known such service as this. If there was a six star rating this company would deserve it.

The blankets I recieved in individual zip-up plastic bags were just as they were described on the web site. They arrived the next day as promised, and I could track the package from posting to delivery.

Ordered the item on line but was unsure of the colour. Spoke to Customer Services who were extremely helpful and friendly. I wanted to order a pashmina for my holiday. I was unsure as to which one to buy, however the web site was very well structured and it made my decision very easy.
I thought the price was expensive at first having looked at other sites, but the quality is absolutely fantastic. I received the order within a couple of days and it is even more beautiful than on the picture. I love my pashmina and would be happy to deal with The Wool Company again. Ordered the receiving blanket for baby's arrival. Having had one each handknitted for my own children, I wanted to get one for my first grandchild. I found this company and was delighted that I had. The service was first class and the blanket superb. Very happy with my purchase and no doubt will be back for more...now I liked the look of the shawls....!

I wanted to buy a blanket, and did my usual search through Amazon to find the best deal, but I could have saved time by going direct to The Wool Company, where I got a very good product and excellent service. I have since ordered a second blanket, secure in the knowledge that I can't do better! Because of my choice of colour, I had to wait 2-3 weeks for delivery for both, but that's no real hardship.

My daughter prefers blankets to duvets so I needed to get one wanted wool and immediately found The Wool Company on Google and within days a lovely soft merino wool blanket arrived and I particularly liked the fact it was blanket stitched round the edge not satin bound. The colour was as I imagine from the website and the purchase and website were smooth and efficient, great find - daughter enjoyed it at the weekend!! Well done, thanks

There was a wrong blanket sent to me instead the one I ordered but later I was sent the correct one and the wrong one was given to me by the wool company.
The second lambswool blanket for baby was described as very soft for babies but it is not really soft as I wad told. Not the perfect blanket for baby skin.

Excellent Service and recommend to use again

Received these baby blankets in excellent time. Really soft & snugly, as well as being excellent quality. I might even buy some more! Brilliant value for money and great company to deal with. Would thoroughly recommend!

I looked everywhere for a satin edged cellular blanket for my new baby that was as lovely as the one I dragged everywhere as a child. Eventually found the wool companies website, the blanket sounded good and was great value. I was not disappointed when it arrived. It is excellent quality, soft and washes well. Very happy!
