This store is a drop shipping store

This store is a drop shipping store. Meaning they have a few items in stock ( Amazon list 36 items for direct sale) the rest is drop shipped from another seller or wholesaler. I ordered a part for my lathe and it did not ship until 8 business days after my order was placed. They advertise free shipping on orders over a certain amount, but not for drop shipped items. I should have ordered directly from the manufacture and not from a company like this one. Also trying to contact them either by e-mail or phone is another nightmare I will not go into at this time
