Pleasantly surprised having read mixed reviews. The sales assistant was extremely thorough - checked all options and found us a very competetive price with a good airline - sent us an email to confirm our requirements before he took payment. We received a confirmation email message within minutes of making the booking. The E-ticket arrived within 48 hrs of making the booking. We will definitely use them again and would recommend them to any one else.

Good Price, Poor Service.
Although the price offered was good, I would be concerned at dealing with Andy again. He gave me a price which I accepted and gave my debit card details. Then the flight time was changed so the price increased. I said I wanted to think about that. Andy then threatened me that if I did not book then he would take a cancelled booking fee as he had my card details. When I told him that I would immediately phone Visa, he changed his mind.
As I said the price was good and everything else went through without a hitch.

I dealt with Jim and found him to be exceptionally helpful, courteous and efficient. Within less than a couple of hours my flight was booked and confirmed.

Have only made booking so far. Quite helpful, but price kept going up & varying from original price seen on website.
Not a lot of information given & when queried told that it would be on our travel documents sent out approx. 30days before holiday
Just hope the holiday will be as good as most of the reviews seem to say.
