Not trustworthy

I placed an order on August 24th , which was 10 days ago (excluding the weekend). Initially, I was impressed with the communication, as I received a call the day after placing my order, and was informed that my wigs were being made. I was told that I would receive a tracking number once they were completed. I opted for standard shipping, which should take up to 7 days.

On Monday, I reached out via WhatsApp to inquire about my order status. I was assured that it would be shipped by Thursday or, at the latest, Friday. However, when I called again on Thursday, I was told that one of the wigs was out of stock, despite being previously informed that they were being made.

The person handling my order promised to call me on Friday, September 6th and even said, “If I don’t call you tomorrow(September 6th), that means we are liars and we are not being honest in our business.” Sadly, she never called.

I am deeply disappointed with this company. I paid a substantial amount of money, and their lack of transparency and broken promises have left me frustrated and upset. This is not the way to treat customers, and I expect better from a business that claims to value honesty.

This does not even deserve the one star!!!
