can the owner get back to me? i made an order 01/11/2025, Art the clown figurine, the figurine itself was £24.99 then came to postage which is crazy alone the postage was more than the order at £30.00, then to be told all week there was issues with UPS courier company that i reached out to you and nothing back, i have now received a message again from UPS looking for a further €29.06, all this for a £24.99 order, i won’t be paying that if i have too to get the order i would like a refund. I would like you to contact me please, i will up the stars on this review if this is sorted. Never ever heard the likes of it, please get it touch i mailed you yesterday on you’re page…. and just to add i see you’re snide responses to people regards add on’s for shipping by the company, i should of read these reviews i wouldn’t of purchased from you in the beginning, i live in Ireland not the other side of the world to be handing you an extra 60 euro to have it delivered, you can process a refund thanks. sorry Matthew i mailed you back it went into my spam account, i suggest you search for a new courier, its extortion to charge more than what the order was worth already to have it delivered, to then the courier try charge it again, i myself have my own business and i would never allow my customers be ripped off this way. il have a refund please thanks, again as i said in a mail I would suggest using new couriers, I would never allow my customers to be treated like that.

anyone buying from here, know when you buy something, you will be buying you’re item then double the money again for delivery, I would strongly advise against using this company, as i will be putting on my social media to do so too, unless you have lots of money to give away, I am really shocked at this, again i run a business and would never do this on customers!!!! it’s scandalous matthew having to pay £30 pound delivery fee from yourselves anyway you should look into that, and no as i said in my mail to you i haven’t never in my life paid custom charges like that, 10 euro at most, 30 euro is extortion, but that’s 30 euro on top of you’re £30 sterling. I went through you’re website with a fine tooth comb, you should really say on it how much prices can be for delivery and customs. that would be a start

Matthew can you answer my email instead of updating your response here please ? this order has become laughable to me now, again i suggest use a new courier system, UPS update me the fee was paid, then i got an update that they attempted delivery at 19.55 p.m, which never happened see i am in my house and have been all day, and i have camera’s all over my house and garden, so yes i can prove no one from UPS was here, but it looks like i am not the only one to have this issue with you, I have a feeling i would never see that order i made with you’re company, which i actually asked for a refund for, you or UPS cannot lie in this case, i will forward you said footage the time UPS was suppose to be here at shall I? it will be by a miracle this situation is turned around, instead answer you’re emails rather than trying to change the public perception on a public forum reviewing you’re company.

updating this 18/11/2025, Matthew i have already mailed you today again asking you to mail me back as you don’t reply. my order was received today from UPS and the driver again looking for €29, i showed him the screen shots of the order saying the fee’s were paid. He left the item with me but said he might have to come back for it because he wasn’t told it was paid, i again am saying this i am not paying that fee, so can you sort this please. This is a terrible way to deal with customers. I would never have purchased a thing from you if i had of known this. again people i would steer clear of using this company. Again matthew can you answer my email.

I ordered a Mcfarlene figure for my collector son, it was delivered quickly but best of all, it was packaged so well, the box was in pristine condition and the price was the best out there. Will def. Order from this company again!

Ordered gremlin evil puppet stripe puppet ok nothing wrong with it but outer box was not wrapped up just sent in outer box of puppet could have wrapped around the box and out in another box as puppet box had tape on it and box was crushed in places as said puppet arrived undamaged but could have been put in another box rather than its own box as would of liked to keep outer box

If u are a collector, this is your shop. Very advisible.For the last and difficult figures I am a Motu Máster of the Universe collector, here , if there are stock, the BEST shop for found your figures. It is a good expierence.

I’ve had 3 orders with this company. All gone through ok. Quick shipping and via a trackable service so I could follow it.
As a collector it’s been great as the items were very well packaged up and the boxes have arrived in pristine condition.
I appreciate some reviews have complained about failed pre orders but this happens everywhere as a collector so it’s always gonna happen… and be frustrating as hell.

Excellent shop, which is my preferred site for ordering Masters of the Universe Masterverse figures. Prices are a little steep, especially for the Vintage Collection figures, but they are the most reliable vendor of Masterverse, so it's worth the little extra money at the end of the day.

These guys are awesome. Not only did they have a 'grail' figure but it was well priced and sent well packed. Couldn't be happier

I ordered 2 gremlin2 props for for two daughters for Halloween. To use as a front window display and I was really happy to find them on this site and alot cheaper than where I brought one before. So I'm very happy with my purchase as is my twin daughters. Plus the UPS service was OK... But the delivery guy didn't leave it by our door. Next time UPS please leave at our door.
