Honest and straightforward

They gave me a quote for my tablet and then sent me the shipping label. I dropped it off at the post office and within 3 days has the exact amount quoted deposited into my account. Honest straight forward company.

Seems legit they are super picky about…

Seems legit they are super picky about the condition and Stated my phone was locked when it was not because they couldn't make a test call? However the screen was darkened on the bottom quarter and i was using the phone prior to sending it to them.
So they were a little dishonest in the review I believe in an effort to pay less. However I did accept the order and get paid.

Fantastic!!!!

I thought I had already reviewed this. But in all honesty it was a great experience. Very, very quick. They paid what they offered and I’m very satisfied. 5 stars from me.

Take a video of your device to prove it is in working order

I sold my tablet (Galaxy S7+) and was offered $120. It was in perfect condition and the SPen working. However, when The Whiz Cells recevied it, surprisingly, the SPen was no longer working. As a result, they changed their offer to $60.

You did sell a Tab S7, not the plus model. I am not sure what else to say than the blue tooth on the Spen does not work. That is what the offer changed as you pointed out. I am sorry that you are upset with us but we wished it worked as well. We do offer an option for us to mail back your device at our expense. Thank you for giving us a try.
