Mais en passant commande le Mercredi 16 Juillet à 14h07 ; votre colis a été traité le Jeudi 17 Juillet et déposé chez UPS le vendredi 18 juillet pour une livraison a votre adresse le 21 ou 22 Juillet ..... Très difficile de faire mieux ....

They were fine BUT lose a star for their delivery options. They use UPS whose drivers are bad here about following instructions, doing what the tracking says they are going to do, and saying they attempted delivery when they don't and just directly leave things at Access points.
