They are one of the less expensive companies, and I guess in a sense you are going to get what you pay for. The people are nice, but working with them is frustrating at best. They listen and read requests in a very cursory way. This means you will go around and around with them to get even simple things done. And then they will create a new issue for every couple they finally address. They will up-sell you at every turn. The work they finally do is adequate at best, and despite many promises of delivery dates, they do not meet the time lines they say they will. And some things they will tell you are simply not so: for example if they tell you that editing the website they create is as simple as editing a PowerPoint, do NOT believe them. They will also make many decisions without your input/knowledge or even contrary to requests you have made, so you will need to keep a very close eye on the work they eventually do.

Hired them to build UI and website, and we had a contract to deliver by a specific date. At the specific date, they hadn't even begun coding the UI for our software. We had to start all over and they never got the project completed. Luckily, we disputed the charges before our credit card company's deadline for disputes. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

Just don't. They promise big and underdeliver. Ask them for some websites they've made, and look at their own. It's not professional work. Their portfolio is filled with templates, rather than completed projects. The websites they claim to have completed on their website don't link to anything. Their testimonials on their site are unverifiable. They claim to have served thousands of customers, while the site is only a few months old. They also have over 10,000 fake followers on their Facebook page. Read their Terms & Conditions. It's very poorly written. They also have tons of other websites with terrible reviews. You can recognize them by their copy paste Terms & Conditions. I've been working with them for months. They've barely made any progress. They keep making silly (I believe intentional) mistakes in the development causing me to ask them to fix it causing delay after delay. They constantly ask for more money for this or that after promising that everything was covered by the initial payment. Of course you feel pressured to pay it because there's no way out after that initial deposit that they make you pay up front. My website is all distorted on my phone, the login information they gave me to get into my admin account doesn't work, most of the links don't go anywhere, they keep promising to get to it at a later stage, but that always seems to come with an extra price tag. They don't even use their real names. I wish I had followed my initial instincts on this, but their prices were about all I could afford. Big mistake, but that's how scams work. They refuse to come to an agreement to refund at least a portion of my $7,000+ and I haven't heard from them in days. They also push to talk to you on the phone so they can pressure your decision making without any written evidence of correspondence, and they do pressure you. I've had to tell them to back off during the process multiple times because they wouldn't accept "no" or "I'll consider it" as my answer. Please take my word for it. Just don't bother with these people.

Update: Their Communication Policy portion of their Terms & Conditions used to say that the only valid form of communication was through one specific email address. Since we had never communicated through that email address concerning my website, I pointed out to them that any communication we had was invalid as per their Terms & Conditions, and therefore any money they had taken from me was taken through invalid means with no valid form of consent from me. They took a few days, changed their Terms & Conditions to include other forms of communication, then emailed me claiming it had always been that way and that I "fabricated" that policy. Well, I have screenshots. They also threatened to sue me if I don't take down this review. I hope this helps you understand how they operate.

Update: They keep stringing me along, throwing together very basic "website features" in what seems to be WordPress to give the illusion of progress, even though I asked them to stop the project. Most of the links don't work, or don't work as you would expect. The password they gave me to sign in gave a warning from Chrome that it was recently found in a data breach. The email they gave me is from a website called gamegoal that isn't even secure. Then, to add insult to injury, they called me last night to set up an appointment today to discuss my refund, only to not call me. When I called them, they said, "no refund".

Update: In desperation I prayed to God for help with this last week. I checked my account the other day, and all of my money had been refunded out of nowhere. The company didn't contact me about it, still hasn't. I'm just glad that's all over. God is good.

I must say, I am very proud of the work this company did on my website. They was very responsive, understanding, and patient. They built my entire website exactly how I wanted It. I'll recommend this company to anyone who is looking to have a website built according to their vision!

No complaints Ali was patient and very helpful took a little long than originally expected but I am very satisfied with the end result.
