Recently bought two x 6 tablets. I have used 4 so far, on hot washes (60 degrees and 90 degrees) on my front loading washing machine. I can honestly see or smell no positive difference. I am suspicious of the comments on here. They are all either 1 star or 5 stars. Something is not right. I suspect this is a con, and the 5-star reviews are all posted by people connected to Wash Warrior, especially as there are a relatively small number of reviews in total. I definitely won’t be buying again, nor recommending these products to anyone else. Disappointing. Over £18 wasted.

I orderer washing machine tablets back in February 2021 & i went on to WW site to ask for a refund , then magically I ended up with another order . Im waiting to see if I get my goods immediatly . The payment has been taken back when I ordered the washing machine tablets

I ordered this product on the 10th of April and paid for express shipping, it’s now the 21st and still have not received the product!!!! Contacted the company and complained and they refunded me $1.50!!!! No apology, nothing! Only order if you don’t care how long it takes to get to you!!!!!

This is rubbish doesn’t work and I was told if I wanted a refund I have to pay for this and it had to be tracked and be inspected at there end don’t buy

I ordered the tablets and disposable cloths and was very very sceptical.

OMG everyone should have these! I cleaned my washer right after day surgery, it was SO easy! And it's still spotless 3 months later

I got an old/used front load washer that has a musty smell and mold and gunk on the rubber and inside the rims from years of use and no cleanings.
As the packaging states: if your washer is extremely dirty or first time cleaning, wash 3x in a row with hot water and 1 tablet every time.
I did 2 cycles and saw no visible difference, I emailed to ask if there was something else I could do. They said to put the tablet directly in the rim and let it soak in hot water. I took a tablet and broke it into a few pieces, 1 piece on the rubber right inside the door, 1 piece under on the rubber flap where the water collects and it gets nasty! And also inside where you can see the metal rim, there is mold and gross down there too. I let it sit with hot water.
I immediately thought to myself this isn’t going to work on a front loading machine, it doesn’t ‘soak’ anything but the bottom few inches of the machine, it doesn’t get anywhere near the rims to soak it in hot water.
I sent them pics after the 2nd wash and after the 3rd ‘soak’ wash and still looks as gross as ever, they said they would give me a partial refund if I wanted to keep them instead of returning.

These don’t do anything! I followed all the instructions exactly and didn’t make a difference. My washer is over 6 years old and has never been cleaned so you would think these would do something. I wrote a one star review on their website and they removed it. That’s not right!

Waste of money. Thought no negative reviews will give them a try. How wrong. Fairly new machine used amount recommended no difference. Since discovered they remove negative comments!!

These absolutely do to work! I was told by customer service that I needed to use them up because the "take time to work". So I used them once a week. It still the same. Gross stuff all in my front loader. Terrible. Run. Do not buy!! I have photos of the process and emails and messages on face book.

Don’t waste your money it doesn’t work. I’ve tried every product on the market and this produced the exact same ineffective results. You have to pay to send it back to get a refund which in the end costs you more. It’s not from the Uk.

I don't understand why people rave about these?? I ordered 6 and paid £13 including shipping. I've already used 3 and there's still dirt all around the rim of my washing machine??? I have a front load washing machine and the first tablet I used I put it on Rinse & Spin as stated in the instructions. Did nothing. Then I put one on 60°C full wash and after that ended I put in a third again at 60°C. There's still black grime all around the rim. Don't think it did anything at all.

Wash Warrior washing machine is amazing so glad I tried them and definitely will be buying more. I was so impressed called all my family and friends to tell them all how impressed I was. Thanks Wash Warrior. Amazing dont be afraid to try this product you will be so happy you did I was.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Had an issue with a shipment and they adamantly refused to offer any help. Their policy states “If the courier failed to deliver, once proven by the tracking number the order did not complete, we will only be able to solve this with a reshipment" Well, they reshipped and it came destroyed because they send their tablets in a plastic bag with no padding. Once again refused to offer any help or a refund, so I filed a dispute with my card company that they are currently fighting.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This review is on the company Wash Warrior because although I placed an order for their product back on 12/22/20 and was charged more than $10 for “priority shipping” as of today 2/3/21 I have received NOTHING. I have over a dozen emails back and forth with “customer service” because the order had NOT shipped 3 weeks after the order was placed and paid. Then they shipped the order to an incomplete address TWICE, despite me pointing out their error and confirming that the order I placed had the correct address. I resent them the receipt with address. They reprinted the same incorrect label and did it all over again. Both times USPS returned the package as undeliverable after waiting a week for delivery. Then when I asked for a Manager to try to work out the issue they claim they refunded the order.

I ordered the small packet when I saw their ad on Facebook. When I went to purchase it was showing 10.99 and 4.99 for shipping in Canadian dollars. When I clicked the purchase button and completed the transaction it showed 15.99 in US dollars. So essentially I ended up paying 21 something dollars in Canadian. When checked with the customer service they gave me a lousy reply that they charge in US dollars. Its ok to charge in US dollars however, they were tricking the Canadian Customers showing the amount in Candian Dollars and later converting it into US in a sneaky way. If it was 15.99 in Canadian Dollars, the US equivalent would only be 12.66 instead they sneakily converted the amount they showed in CAD to US during the transaction which is appalling.
The email said I would receive it in 5-7 business days but it took more than one month month to receive it.
When I used it , it did nothing to my washing machine. No dirt was taken off the rim of the machine or from the fabric softener cabin or my washer didn't smell great as I have seen in the reviews.
Altogether it was not a great experience at all.
