I am a long time customer and have fallen in love with The Washi Tape Company. Every experience has been great except for the last one. I was disappointed in the quality of the tape and found the clarity needed to be improved. When I shared my thoughts with the company, "they really do care about their customers," their response was immediate. How can you not love this company, they really are amazing.

The Washi Tape Shop is the best shop with tapes. You always have a choice if you want pet or washi tape because most of the tapes are in two versions. All of the tapes designs are original, you can buy them only here, and the rolls are pretty long -you get 5 meters, so it is more than at any other shops. The contact with the shop is very good, never had any problems with my order or shipping. I honestly recommend this shop for every fan of journaling. You will return there very often as I do.

I have placed several orders with this establishment and consistently appreciate the quality of their tape products. The PET tapes are a particular favorite, and I find the pre-cut feature to be a significant time-saver. The imagery consistently exhibits clarity and vibrant color reproduction. I would, however, express an interest in the potential reintroduction of some discontinued items, as I was unable to acquire certain previous releases that I now desire.

The products are first class, especially the PET tapes. I love them.
The shipping is quick and everything arrives will packed and un-damaged. The Washi Tape Shop is definitely my go to for beautiful washi.

Never disappointed! I have even written the company and got a response right away. Gabrielle and the entire team are awesome. The amount of tape that you get on a role is so much...you get what you pay for. I love the PET tapes but tried the washi tape stickers also and really enjoyed them.

The products are excellent, especially the pre-cut sticker style tapes. The quality is great, shipping is fast, all the good things - I've got a tonne of their tapes now, so definitely will keep buying. The only thing to watch for is that you've read the product description carefully. For example, I recently grabbed some slim washi that I didn't realise was backed. It makes for higher quality because the gilding won't come off on the adhesive, but it does make them harder to store *and* for slim tape, really hard to get the backing off. My fault for not reading the description properly and they're still amazing tapes. Same goes for some of the word/phrase stickers.. nothing wrong with the English, just sometimes they are a little weird. Like "Rustic Charm" and "Autumn Hues" are excellent, but the same tape says "Daisy Meadow Magic" which doesn't really fit the vibe so I'll probably fussy cut the words and use them differently.

The tapes are beautiful and high quality. There is also a lot on each roll, so it lasts a long time and is worth the price point.
But the main reason I am writing this review is my experiences with the customer support.
First I wanted to use a discount code, which was not working at checkout. After using the chatbot (which could not help with the issue) my problem was forwarded to customer support who not only reacted very quickly (one night) but also explained the issue and reactived the discount code.
Then I accidentally ordered with an incomplete address. I reached out to the The Washi Tape Shop and explained the issue. They were so kind and helpful, the issue got resolved and I recieved my package. This was one of the best customer support interactions I ever had, I highly recommend The Washi Tape Shop!

I never have to wonder if the quality of the product is going to be good. I have never ordered an item that I didn't like. For the price, you get great art work and great quality product.
