I received a product that was missing…

I received a product that was missing vital pieces. I contacted the support link multiple times and have received no response. I phoned the support line which goes to a voice message - no response. I sat on the chat page (multiple times) for over an hour each time with no response. The goods I purchased are expensive and so far useless to me. Such appalling customer service. It seems there is nothing left to do now but lodge a claim with NCAT.

Good quality product with good service

Very good service from the seller. I received the play pen in time. Delivery was quick. Product is of very good quality for the given price. Length and height of the playpen is just perfect to stop my rabbit from jumping out.
