Do not use this company under any circumstances.

Scott Tillman (CEO) will be responsive and accommodating only when things are going smoothly or when he needs to manage optics - such as quickly offering a replacement actor after the original one bails. The moment an order is not fulfilled or delivered and you request a refund, he goes completely silent.

Multiple emails, follow-ups, and attempts to resolve the issue were ignored. No accountability. No resolution. Just being ghosted after payment was taken for services not rendered.

There are significantly better, more professional options available (e.g., Voice Jungle). Learn from this experience and take your business elsewhere.

I have been with this company for years and found them to be highly communicative. However, this year in particular, I completed my last voiceover job this past July and have been waiting to be paid as they typically send checks in the mail or pay via Paypal monthly. I cannot get anyone to return my correspondence despite multiple attempts of calling, emailing, etc. All "representatives" are busy has been their recording for over a month. Terribly unprofessional as this company doesn't return any calls or emails of when to even expect payment. I will deactivate my account at this time and hope others have a better experience.

I had this as a side site since 2016. I never received auditions until COVID hit 2020 (maybe a few over the years but they got buried in emails.) Did 2 auditions 1 paid for this is 2021. I hadn't heard from them in months. Went to check the site. I couldn't login. So I leave a message. The didn't respond, left another message. After 3 weeks they said, "We dropped you because you didn't respond to a casting". I was on vacation and not thinking of them, Last time I checked I am a independent contractor/self employed and NOT their employee. There are thousands of sites like them out there. As a matter of fact I work independently and Facebook Business site their Likes: 224, My Likes: 3,630, I am doing my job by myself well if you ask me. So now just simply erase my profile. It is week number 5 since I have asked for my profile to be deleted!!! I have been through it back and forth, cussed them out, they lie and play games saying it's not there, but they are STILL using my likeness and image and profile still sitting up there as if the 'own me'. I have left over 15 emails to delete my profile. They make no sense. If you 'dropped me' why still keep my profile up? This is unlawful use of my image and likeness. They will reap what they sow!
