Nepotism runs in the entire company!
Working at The VMC Group as a tech employee is a complete joke. My team is composed of highly skilled engineers and overlooked for a promotion, while the supervisor's completely unqualified relative got the job instead. The president and managers just shrugged it off because that's how things work here. If you're not a friend or family member of the owners, founders, or CEO, don't expect to get anywhere. Nepotism runs rampant, and talent, skill, or hard work mean nothing here. Promotions and raises? Only for their inner circle. The rest of us are just here to do the grunt work while their favorites climb the ladder to do the bare minimum. Stay far away unless you love being undervalued and ignored!
