I, like many others, ordered a willow highland cow head and received an item a quarter of the size that's promised and it resembles something that was made by a 6 year old out of dried spaghetti at an arts and crafts camp. What you receive is not as advertised so do not spend your money here. You can't get a refund and you will only get even more frustrated dealing with their AI customer service if you try to complain or demand your money back. Walk away before you spend a cent!!

What an absolutely scam. Woven highland cow my backside. It doesn't even look like a cow. It's made from a cheap plastic mold by the look of it. Gutted is a understatement 😫 😪 £50!!@@@ what a bloody waste of money

Reluctant to even give 1 star, should be minus. Small acrylic ugly Highland cow that was supposed to have been a large willow, even if it was small I wouldn’t have minded as long as it was made from willow. Worst thing I’ve have received in a very long time

False advertising. I ordered a highland cow head . It was supposed to be made from woven reeds. Photos of it onsite are nothing like the small painted plastic head sent. I wouldn't give £2.00 for it. I paid over £45. Avoid at all costs

I wish I had seen the trust pilot…
I wish I had seen the trust pilot reviews before I placed the order.
The item eventually arrived after numerous emails. It was not as described at all or even the size it was supposed to be.
By this point I had admitted defeat.
Do not purchase anything from this company. It may not even arrive. If it does it is only fit for the bin!!

Ditto as per the below... I ordered a large woven reeds highland cow head. The product description and photos do not relate to the delivered product, which is not worth $2. The horns were bound by tape as they did not fit! I have also been offered a paltry $3 compensation which I have refused.. I will engage with my CC provider if they fail to honor their "risk-free ironclad 14-day guarantee"

And had ordered x8 rc car, the status didn't change since 3-4 months and whenever i i email them they feed me the samw bull-sh!t all the time..
I think i need to take down Their website.
