Really pleased with the shirt ! The attention to detail in the framing, presentation and packaging is amazing! Would definitely recommend!

I bought my shirt via eBay, and the experience was seem less. The shirt was a few pounds more than similar products from private sellers, but the quality of the product was exactly as described (if not slightly better IMO) and the shirt was posted the same day and received two days later. The shirt was packaged so that it was both protected and able to be posted through my letterbox ( so not just left on the doorstep) I love the shirt (amber gold everton away shirt 2929/21) and would definitely buy from The Vault again

I held a raffle in aid of the royal British legion and bought signed Mike Tyson glove and signed Wayne Rooney shirt to raise funds for the legion. I raised over £500 with all proceeds going to the RBL. I couldn't have done it without the team at The Vault. Top service highly recommend

Ordered West Ham signed Antonio shirt for my brother's 30th this weekend and was blown away by presentation and how it was packed and shipped. Ordered Monday and had today Wednesday and I am based in Ireland so very fast shipping. 5 stars from me thank you vault 👍👍

Great communication throughout my purchase and right up to delivery. The framing of the Savinho shirt I got was brilliant, very sleek. Presentation of the shirt itself was great. Packaging of the shirt and frame was very well done so it was very well protected during delivery. The delivery was extremely quick as well, got a COA as well. Extremely happy with the signed shirt and looks great on the wall, I wish I had discovered the vault before now, but will definitely be purchasing from them again! Thank you

Ordered a retro Arsenal kit but when I received the shirt it was not in perfect condition as described. I contacted Vault via their chat service and they sent me an exchange replacement for next day delivery, which has arrived in time for the match I’m going to this evening! Most companies wait for the return to get back to them before shipping the replacement, so I’m very impressed with their customer service. Replacement is in great condition as described. Highly recommend this retailer!

The quality of product and service from The Vault was spot on, only delay was delivery from UPS. The Vault are not to blame for this but if I were them I would certainly tighten up processes with my delivery partner/s.

Hmm still waiting for my order as ordered from Thursday how long does people have to wait for their orders ? And is there any point of paying express delivery ?

I ordered a Manchester United 2012-13 shirt with van Persie on the back in “perfect” condition, but the order I received did not look like the images at all. The sponsor on the front is very creased and parts of it are hanging off to the point where it would be difficult to salvage, despite the fact I spent nearly £100 on it. Very disappointed.
