Always a great experience. Wish there was free shipping but it does help in a small way to get the discount coupons. My vapes always work never had one that didn't. Also shipping from FL to NC is a few days so it ships fast. And vape world keeps in contact to let you know when it shipped.

Terrible experience.
When I made an order it took 3 days to start shipping. When I asked through the chat support what was happening I didn't receive a reply, and when I sent a second request the response I got said that "we closed for 3 days due to a holiday we sent out a notice at the time of the purchase." Never received any notice. To top off the experience the package took 2 weeks to finally get here and it was shoved into my mailbox no signature given.

So sorry about your experience! yes we did close for 3 days due to a holiday and we had all the customers get a notice in checkout at the time of the purchase it would say it with the thank you for your purchase note. again so sorry about it our customer service team is amazing you can email and call and have a response same day or next business day. we would love to make it right by you. How USPS handled your package you can do a claim with them as well because your label does say signature required.
