Excellent service help and advice as usual

After a not very nice experience in the vape shop in Princess Sq a year or 2 ago, I started coming in here. The guys are unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are so much better here! I didn't realise I was being ripped off before at the other place. They are so honest at The Vapers Cave. There has even been a situation when I brought the wrong payment card with me, and, because they knew I was a regular, gave me the vape juice I needed and said I could come back to pay another day (which I did!). CBD products are good here, too. Unless I'm unable to, I will always shop here. It's always a pleasure and they always make you feel so welcome. THE best vape shop around.

When I tell you this now, walking in they treat you with the best customer service. They aren’t about just getting you in and out, they remember you as a person/customer and are so nice.

I tried the Vapers Cave after tiring of the service at my usual shop end of July. I have to say, the guy (Apologies I didn't remember his name) The service was Amazing! First class!. The knowledge was absolutely evident. Yes I purchased a new vape with total confidence and I am very happy. I will definately visit regularly you just don't get this kind of service where I have been in the past. Brilliant job. Thankyou. Appreciated.

I honestly can’t say anything bad about The Vapers Cave. There customer service is outstanding and nothing is to much trouble for them.
