Myself and my brother recently invested money in a social housing contract with Unique which we have just received our first payment from. Special mention to Christian who made the whole process simple, straight forward and reassuring from the beginning. Would highly recommend UPG to anyone!

I was apprehensive at first with so many investment opportunities seeming legitimate whilst not being. I did my due diligence. My Direct investment advisor Lauren was friendly, honest, and once we discussed affordability she recommended an investment to suit me and my needs. No pressure, just a friendly conversation and I was very happy with the feedback when I raised any questions. Unique made the process easy, comfortable and are very efficient when it comes to documents provided all in all a great team, business and brand and I feel my investment is safe, which is what all investors want along with great returns. I’m an experienced investor who has stocks, mutual funds and index funds as well as property. I came across the social housing investments advert on Instagram so I was a bit hesitant as of scams.

But I read through it and seen the opportunity that they were offering so i left my details and had an email back from Lauren at Unique property investment group. She explained how the whole process worked very smoothly and professionally, she was very nice polite and well spoken.

She had all the information I required and made me feel comfortable, no hard sales whatsoever and confident in this investment as I have had one before just not with Unique.

I found the staff at Unique Property Investment Group first class in particular my main contact Ethan - he was very pleasant, approachable, efficient and well informed which is reassuring when investing savings. I found out about this company on Facebook. I made and inquiry and received a call from a lady call Mae. She explained who she was and the reason she was calling. She explained everything about the investment in detail allowing me to ask question and made a decision to join the company investment without any pressure. I invested in the company and was assured that the first deposit into my account will be on the 28th of December. That day came but no money was on the account. I then contacted Mae and she returned my call explaining the reason for her later response. She was actually on the Christmas break until the 08/01/2024 but she took the time to call me to see why I called her. When I explained to her what had happened she said to me that she will sort it out and reassured me that all will be well. The CEO of the company made a voice note to me to see if he can deposit the money into another account because they tried so many times to deposit the money into the account that I provided but it kept bouncing back. Mae then went into the office to see if she can figure out what was going on with the bank. To cut a long story short it was all my fault because I did not provide a reference number for my bank account. Mae made sure that my money was all sorted as a matter of the team made sure of it also. All I can say is that this is a honest company that is willing to help investors like me see their money work for them. I will highly recommend this company to anyone willing to start up and investment. Just give it a try and you will not be disappointment. I am happy that I made the decision to invest in this company

More than happy with these guys. They went above and beyond to make my investment as painless as possible. No passing from this person to that person or endless waiting for callbacks and messages. Very organised and professional company and I can't thank Nikki enough for her help and patience! A couple of teething problems but Nikki was on the case moment I contacted her and it was resolved same day. Hopefully all will continue smoothly and to invest again in future.
