I sent back my truthbrush unopened and they NEVER refunded me ! Have written customer support and never got a response! They are terrible ! Do not buy ! So disappointed and just lost 70 dollars for the false advertising of money back guarantee! It has been over a month of trying to get my money or at least a response !
Worst company ever… poorly made design that company doesnt stand behind. Buyer beware. What a waste of $100. Never been so disappointed in a company. Their customer service is a joke.cant tell you if the truthbrush works because battery won’t even fit in the tracker.
I've been using their electric toothbrush heads for a while now and I've been very satisfied with them, couldn't imagine going back to the plastic ones. I've used the truthtabs when travelling as well and they do have a nice minty taste. Customer service has also been excellent in answering how to correctly dispose of the truthtab packaging when I asked them about it.
Very impressed with truthbrush, have been using them for a few years now. The bamboo toothbrushes are fantastic quality, environmentally friendly and I really love the handwritten note that comes with the delivery.
Highly recommend over some of the larger bamboo toothbrush subscription companies who I have tried and not got on with.
