DO NOT ORDER THE WAX CANDY!!! The freeze dried sweets were nice. But the wax candy is just disgusting. The huge lobster: the wax is SO thick and the filling just tasted off. No distguinshiable flavour and impossible to eat. The bag of random wax sweets were just as bad. Some of them the wax was okay, but the flavours were rank. I tried to get a refund (as I may as well have burnt £35) but the company insists ‘ the product is correct’, which of course is not true. Terrible conduct and awful product.

They were over priced horrible pointless sweets. The wax tastes like candle wax it doesn't snap tastes foul u can't swallow it there is tiny amount of gluppy syrup less than 0.5ml in thick big wax structures DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY DISGUSTING RIP OFF

I returned my parcel a few weeks ago as i wanted a refund..i have proof that i sent it on 20/3/25 and the company are telling me that they still havent recieved my returned parcel and have blocked me on tiktok they are wont even refund me my money..dont buy from these!

AVOID! This brand takes your money and doesn't send your order. First time customer and never again, Terrible customer service. I've had no apology from them. I ordered nearly two weeks ago, They took my money and never sent my order. I requested a refund last week and its only TODAY they responded and declined it. Absolutely ridiculous. If it wasn't for Tiktox shop I'd be out of pocket thanks to this brand. Thankfully Tiktox shop customer service cancelled the order and give me a full refund. Its a good job I ordered through Tiktox shop because with how I have been treated by this brand, if I'd have ordered directly from their website I'd been out of pocket, given that they declined my refund. I dont recommend. Save your money and avoid.

First time trying freeze dried sweets and it didn’t disappoint! I only wish I had got more!
