This is the second time I've used Travel Visa Company services. On this occasion, for the application of my Cuban Visa.
The first time was on recommendation by my local Travel Agency for my trip to India.
Their website is easy to navigate (even for a luddite like myself!!) with clear instructions for each section.
From initial application & payment, I received my visa within 7 working days. The service also includes a prompt to complete the attached document prior to entry to the country.

Applying for a China Visa can be stressful at the best of times but using The Travel Visa Company made the process easy and Straight forward. We needed the visa 2 months before entering China as we were on a cruise from 11/1/26. We thought this would be problematic but from the start having spoken to an advisor from the company any fears were quickly dispelled. The company was very professional, reassuring and timely. Fully recommend.

I was recommended to them by my travel agent.
I was having problems completing the official forms online.(Australian immigration)
I contacted the Travel visa company and was able to complete their form quickly and easily.
They forwarded this to the appropriate authorities. The visas were granted and I received them in a few days.

1st class service, it took 20mins to complete the information required for our Australian Visas over the phone and they were issued the same day. I spent 5hrs trying to do it myself on line without success.

Life saver after trying to complete Indian Visa application for 5 days as website kept dropping out. Our broadband speed didn’t help as it needs superfast. Was recommended by a friend and process couldn’t be easier and very reasonably priced. Great too to be able to get advice on phone from actual humans! Our Tavel company suggested an agency who quoted hundreds!

Found the process very straightforward,any questions and queries I had Faye replied quickly and was able to answer them all.
My wife and myself have now received our visas for Australia and would definitely recommend the Travel Visa Company.
They took away any stress we might have had if we had completed them ourselves.

Trying the Indian immigration bureau website was almost impossible. Kept crashing. Travel visa made it very easy and quick service. Will use it again.

We forgot to apply for our Chinese visas, so we paid for the express service, even that would have been close. However they checked them almost immediately and they were pre approved in under a week. Couldn’t have been more relieved.

When their web portal works then its a great service to use but I have been trying to get a Sri Lanka ETA and The Travel Visa Company web portal has issues and blocks payment from my card. Every time it is blocked means a full reapplication.As a couple we have one application accepted and one constantly refusing to accept payment, Reported the issue to them but no response as yet. As time is marching by then it now looks like I need to use another company. Very frustrating experience and cant say I would recommend for anyone. Dan the manager intervened and sorted this issue out pdq, turns out there was a problem with my passport picture that was causing the glitch. It was my fault so i cant lay the issue with this company and i will be using them again.

This is the second time iv used this company and I went back because I had an excellent service the first time. Second time I had more questions and I got my answers very quick and couldn't recommend using this company enough. Outstanding service.

This is the second time i've used the travel visa company and the service is much slicker than it was the previous time i used them to get my Thailand tourist visa, that was 2022, This time i had the forms sent promptly and i filled them all in and submitted all my documents to them, i'm just waiting for the Thai retirement O visa approval now,. This service is brilliant for anyone who is not computer savvy with uploading forms and photos etc, just do it the old fashioned way, fill forms by hand and send relevant photo copies of the documents they require, a quick trip to max spielman cost me £5 for a bunch of photo copies, but beware of the £12 cost of a passport photo if you go to max spielmans, luckily i had several spare ones to hand,.I'm writing this before the visa has been approved, but by using TTVC i should avoid any mistakes on the application and also avoid losing money to the Thai embassy by wrongfully filling in application details,. No refunds from Thai embassy,

The process was quick and efficient once the rather long and highly detailed form filling was over. Highly recommend this company. Thank you Beth.

Why ever did I try to use the Indian site when this company exists? Will definitely use again.
