Zero! I googled the phone number for united silver premier status and ended up on the phone with these guys who did not identify themselves as other than united airlines. I wanted to upgrade an existing ticket I bought miles and they correctly found the flight and seats I wanted and quoted me the united price. When I said it was more than I wanted to spend they quickly offered me a discount Ted price and told me they were discounters for united Airlines. I gave them my credit card info to move forward but when I didn’t see any emails and got a Chase fraud alert I became suspect. I called united airlines and they told me the number I called was likely fraud, the seats were not available to be upgraded to if I had originally purchased my ticket with points and they dont have discounted tickets. Luckily Chase immediately stopped the charge- but BUYER BEWARE- I had several calls from them from numbers from several different states and even from Argentina with messages that they were trying to put thru the charges. They are aggressive and totally fraudulent.

To put it simply
To put it simply, this is a scam... We lost 1700$ for two plane tickets that never came. They (whatever the name they use) are well trained to tell you everything that need to be said to sound professionnal and they are but not in the line of work you may think. They ask you to copy/paste a message where you agree to pay the amount of your tickets to their company. Then they say that your tickets will be issued after the confirmation of the payment. But the tickets never came.
Stay away from them...

The flight markers is a fraude
I bought two avion tickets online in 1073 by page Jetcost, after I received a call from The Flight Markers where they asked me to pay an additional 400 dollars because taxes were not included, they forced me to pay the additional value informing me that if I did not pay them I lost 1073 dollars, I made the payment they informed me that I would receive the tickets within 4 days, they sent me a reservation which was cancelled by them. I never got the tickets and they don’t answer the emails or the calls, this company is a fraud,

Scam website. They advertise fake prices, then send an email saying the ticket will be confirmed later.... AFTER you've already entered credit card info. 3 agents from the company called me, I said I wanted to cancel my request but it wasn't until the 3rd agent called that they followed through (I wasn't worried since it wasn't actually ticketed yet, it's just a request so my card hadn't been charged)
they told me they would charge a cancellation fee unless I wrote them a 5 star review. (Hence all the 5 star reviews;) I politely declined and said I didn't think I should have to write a review just to cancel a ticket they haven't even issued yet.
I booked a ticket on a different website, but I'll be damned sure to keep an eye on my credit card now, since they might have the details.

Navdeep was amazing! He helped us as we changed our plans many times and steered us toward the most time and cost efficient route. Great job Mr Charles!
I was a bit skeptical especially when the final price was higher than the booked price. However, I spoke with Mr Charles B. Who was able to get me the original quoted price for my flight. Mr Charles also called me back several times to go over the reservation and make sure I understood flight times and destination.
Mr Charles was great!! He also told me to check the confirmation on the Spirit airline website. I did just as he said and I’m all confirmed. I’m going to see my beautiful daughter in LA!! I would definitely use them again.
