Purchase at your own risk
Update we recieved a request from the travelmakers.co.uk for more information and shock horror still no response from them in relation to the unresolved issue so again be aware where you spend your money absolute joke and fraudulent company.
We purchased vouchers through wowcher for a holiday for 4 to Rome as a Christmas gift, however it went down hill from there we contacted them to confirm the booking to be told that these flights were no longer available and offered alternatives at an extra charge of £400 pounds after various attempts to sort this out the only options available are take a holiday we dont want or pay extra for a package we were falsely sold.
We have requested a refund under the sales of goods act and been told we are not entitled to a refund due to the time period being over.
Despite the fact that the company failed over and over to return calls and emails delaying the whole process deliberately so they can avoid a refund.
They simply have taken our money and ran this id discusting be aware that these people will rip you off and cannot offer what has been advertised.
Leaving us only one option and that is legal action to recoup our money and compensation also be aware that this company has been on rip off Brittany for doing the exact thing to many others.
There ATOS membership is also not registered on the ATOS Web site and will be reported to ATOS.

Nerve wracking and erroneous
The confirmation was very long to come, only hours before flight. and wrong Itinerary was sent to my email, causing me to go to the airport 3 hours earlier then the already 2 hours before flight. When brought to their attention twice by email, they did not even have the decency to apologies .

Bought and redeemed a Wowcher. Contacted them thru WhatsApp and phone. Told every time they would contact me back. Did not hear back. They simply cannot handle the volume of vouchers they sell. When it came to a refund, radio silence. Don’t trust.

Worst company
Booked a Disney land Paris get away for me and my daughter through Wowcher. Was guaranteed a minimum of 60 hours in the location by Wowcher, the holiday offered was not this. So I did not book the holiday or accept the terms and conditions as per wowchers policy. Only to be told they had received no money from Wowcher and cannot refund. Wowcher are also not getting in touch this is a scam company avoid at all costs!

The staff are very helpful but I feel that there needs to be more options for flights than 16 hour flight which is normally 2 hours because it stops at so many places before it’s final destination..If somebody had a health condition and couldn’t fly for that long then they wouldn’t know this until after booking.. Just a constructive observation which even though I have booked quite a few Wowcher holidays in the past will make me more cautious in doing so for future holidays. Thank you Mrs Lynne Cawthra.

Worst ever travel agent to deal with
Worst ever travel agent to deal with. Always lying. The price quoted on website is different and once you have paid , they will call you and sell you tickets of different airline at a higher price. They will purchase tickets from airlines which is refundable but sell you tickets that are un refundable. Im was expecting a refund from them for about four months but still this has not been paid and always making excuses. My advise is never deal with this company

Bought a holiday via Wowcher
Bought a holiday via Wowcher. From the moment I called up travel makers neither of the hotels that are advertised in the deal were available.... Why make the dates available if the hotels are not? I am booking in advanced too, not last minute. They then offered other hotels, some of which showed bed bugs and insect infestations, unsanitary bathrooms and rooms that look like prison cells in their reviews, claiming they are 4 star, for an extra cost!

They told me they will get an email…
They told me they will get an email through with details of the trip, this never came through, they told me an agent will call me, they never did. Every time I call their number they hang up I’m not impressed at all, I think they’ve scammed me honestly feel distraught at the situation they have caused me. Don’t use them is my advice
