Some of the most crooked people you’ll ever have to deal with

These people are scammers I booked a ticket. They did not book my ticket then wanted to charge me four times as much and said that that one was not available. I rebooked online in within five minutes with them for the lower price and they called me and said oh we told you the cheaper ones we’re not available even though they’re still listed they have more than 10 different flight flights to the destination that I was going the same day different airlines different times for less than $200 but yet they said none of those are available and want to charge me over 400 if you book with them, make sure you get a confirmation number for the airline not from them and also they wanna wait until two hours before your flight to send you the confirmation number

If there was a minus i would give them that. DO NOT USE. I had to cancel my flight and book another which I tried to do through them... when they eventually responded they refused a refund which I understood but then refused to cancel my flight because I was rebooking through them. My airline saw I had duplicate bookings so this caused me so much stress. Honestly the worst people and so rude on whatsapp trying to scam more money out of me.

Rude Customer Service, Booking Cancellations

I booked a return ticket and immediately received an email stating “Booking confirmed” with all flight details. Relying on this, I booked my connecting flights.

24 hours later, I asked for the PNR, only to receive a call saying the flight was not actually booked. This was shocking, as their own email had confirmed the booking. I explained that I had already booked corresponding flights and requested they look into alternative routes. Instead of taking responsibility, the agent argued with me, claiming they never said it was confirmed — even though I have their email as proof.

When I pointed out that if the roles were reversed they would have deducted my money for any inconvenience, but here they had completely spoiled my travel plans, the agent said, “Now you’re fighting just for the sake of fighting.” I cannot understand how a customer service representative can speak like this. Nobody wants to “fight for the sake of fighting” when their trip has been ruined.

Will they refund me for the extra tickets I had to book because of their false confirmation? No. Then at the very least, they should learn accountability and basic respect when speaking to customers, especially when the fault lies entirely on their side.

I bought my ticket to the USA from The…

I bought my ticket to the USA from The Travel House all ok once they got paid .then about four day I got news that a relative passed away in the states .
I had to reschedule my trip as the relative in the states needed to let me know when they would arrange for the funeral .
When I contacted travel house they advice me that once I got a date to let them know .
I did this and gave them the dates ..then I had to keep chasing them ..one after the other..useless Service
When it got sorted out had to pay a extra £300 to reschedule with them …

This is the 2nd time I have used these…

This is the 2nd time I have used these guys.. no issues with pricing.. the proce they quote is the price I paid, no suprise costs.. both times!

The only reason its not 5 stars is because they made an error on my name on the booking confirmation both times and I had to call. They sorted the issue out instantly! Just being honest, and think a lot of negative reviews are over exaggerated

These guys are scammers and fraudulent!
These guys are scammers. From taking my Amex cc number and then saying they don't take Amex to then wanting more money than originally agreed upon to then asking me if he, Oliver, the agent I was talking to, could use my CC to buy himself a phone from Walmart, this whole process was a nightmare and illegal to say the least. We then called our airline directly and they said Travel House was flagged in their system for fraud alert. BEWARE Travel House is a fraudulent company.

This was the text I got from the Travel House employee I talked with...

"Hey viktoria... They are not accepting discover and amex card... And they have already deducted the amount from my salary... So there's only one way you can help me out... Iam looking to buy a phone from walmart online.. Can i make the payment from your card... I mean you are going to get a text or call from your bank about comfirming it and the cost for the phone is $167.00 USD..."

Rough at the beginning...

I started working on the reservation with Princess. She never returned my calls and everytime I called, I was told she was out of the office.
Vance stepped in and was very helpful and quick to reply to my emails. I'm very pleased with his customer service.

Flight booking help

Pete Connor helped me to book my flight tickets using a voucher from a prior cancelled ticket. His work ethic and communication were beyond expectations. Hope Delta Airlines will appreciate employees of this caliber. Thank you !

Outstanding Professional Customer Service!

After the horrible experience with Expedia, Jet Blue and American American my good friend connected me with Pete. Even though he was sick, Pete rose to the occasion and resolved my girls reservations. I have now words to express my gratitude towards Pete. He handle it with such professionalism to the very next day! Many blessings to Pete Travel House!

So far my experience is going well

So far my experience is going well. Princess, was very attentive and efficient. My flight is not for a few weeks, I was told the baggage specifics, but they are not in the ticket so I'm nervous about that. Thanks for all the help!

Just Great

I knew that they were not the airlines and I had not other option as poeple at counter denied changing my ticket, but the guy I spoke to did a fantastic job of getting ticket changed for the flight which was leaving in an hour and I made it to the event... Thanks

Every time I book a flight with @travehouse I’m so pleased with their treatment of me. I never feel like I’m inconveniencing them they are so respectful. Natalia is an excellent travel consultant and helpful. Very very accommodating.

This is the best deal online. BUT

This is the best deal I could have had. However, this website have so many random things. It looks sketchy and needs work to make it look legit. It doesn't look like that it has consistancy. The price is not what it shows in the website. Payment took forever to go through because it was flagged fraud. E ticket took 2 days to get to me which doesn't give asurances to the customer. Natalia is a good agent, kind, patient and she helped me through it all but very insistant and keeps calling when I don't pickup.

I would use them again for sure.

Princess was Exceptional !!

Princess was exceptional in getting together the trip for my daughter. She was very friendly, kind and a joy to speak with on the phone. Princess followed up with us the following day by phone, which was something I wasn't expecting, especially after we purchased the trip and everything was all set and done. During this call she went over all the details of the trip including layovers and also that my daughter could now select her seats for all legs of the trip.

Companies should learn a thing or two about customer service and how important it is for us. Princess exemplifies what excellent customer service is. For that reason, I will, going forward, book all of my future flights with The Travel House, and more specifically, with Princess.

Thank you for an exceptional experience!!
