Amazing service
Amazing service , contacted customer service came back within an hour both times. The buggy is amazing, currently in Strasbourg and it's navigating the cobbled streets with ease, would highly recommend.

Best company to purchase a special needs stroller

Absolutely outstanding service! I honestly cannot recommend this company highly enough.
I have a son with special needs who was due to go away to camp, and at the last minute I realised that our previous pram had broken and we desperately needed a new travel buggy.
I ordered one from the website, but then realised it wouldn’t be possible for it to arrive at our home address in time. I immediately contacted customer services and explained the situation, asking if there was any possibility of having the buggy delivered directly to the campsite where my son was going.
Without hesitation, they stepped in and sorted everything out. They contacted the courier, arranged the delivery to the camp and took all the stress out of what was already a pretty stressful situation for me.
The buggy actually arrived at the campsite just in time for the bus to arrive.
I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service.
The whole process was so easy. One or two emails, no fuss, no complications, and they just made it happen. The buggy itself is fantastic, but what really stood out to me was the care, understanding and exceptional customer service.
They clearly understood that this was an important and stressful situation for our family, and they went above and beyond to help.
Thank you so much for making what could have been a very difficult situation completely stress-free. ❤️

Easy to order, item delivered quicker than I thought and when returning an item it was easy to do although not free returns. Kat was brilliant via email great communication and customer service.

Very glad we purchased through them.
Our little one loves the Neo buggy and has so much room - it's definitely worth getting the accessories like hood/rain cover/footplate as well, having 3 different levels for it is very handy!

Sturdy comfortable pram for my 6 year old autistic son. Though it is pricey it's more then worth it in the long run. I got the item on offer with the rain cover and foot bar. Delivery was quick.

Brilliant experience
We had a very good experience with company. Customer service is very quick and efficient. They are very customer oriented. The buggy we’ve got is perfect. It’s made getting my Sen 7 year old around so much easier. The buggy is very easy to steer and push. He have absolutely no complaints.
