Lack of basic decency...

They'll withdraw a job offer and then ghost you. Any requests for context, ignored. Any follow ups, ignored.
Three separate emails to different members of the team just outright ignored.
The way this company operates is a perfect example of how poor workplaces view their employees and potential staff: you can spend hours preparing and Interviewing for them but when they change their mind they will not spend 5 minutes to consider your point of view and actually send some kind of reply that isn't just a vague "go away"
This company doesn't care about being human so I wouldn't expect them to care about your projects.
