My order still hadn't been dispatched after a few days so I emailed but got no reply. I then started to worry as I checked the reviews on here and had no hope. However, I still never got a response from my email but! I did get an automated email telling me my item had been shipped - I was hesitant but couple days later my order arrived - no complaints!

Was initially concerned after reading reviews but item arrived okay albeit a little delayed due to the snow but this is no fault of the toy hub... only possible complaint is the packaging wasn't the best but other than that everything was fine.

Updated previous review, initially we thought this was a scam Page as after 2 weeks we didn't hear anything. However after emailing them we did get a response stating they were going to send the package and it did couple of days later. So we did actually receive our product and even though the email looked dodgy they did respond quickly.

Bogus company, haven't received my order, no reply from the emails I've sent. AVOID.

Ordered prior to Christmas:
- items still haven’t arrived
- emails ignored
- finally confirmed (automated email) the refund would reach me by today and it hasn’t.
- only contact info is an email which is ignored.
AVOID at all costs!

Ordered over 10 days ago. Have not received the product despite them taking the money out of my account. I have tried to contact them three times via email (and I've just realised there is no contact telephone no!) I feel like there is no product on its way to me! To anyone thinking of buying from them, DON'T! Avoid this company

Never received my order. Attempted to contact countless times, firstly saying it was on it's way then another month later still nothing. Most attempts to contact went un-answered then after 2 months they refunded me without me asking for a refund and with no explanation or apology.

AVOID - SCAMMERS BEHIND A BOGUS TOY SHOP!

I am trying to contact this company for a few weeks now. The only response is from an automated email signing EH Reid. (Emma Louise Reid - company name E H S Reid)
On 14 December 2023 I ordered the Price Fischer Classic Cash Register which they recently have taken out of their website.
Although the item has been paid in full, they never sent me an order confirmation and tracking number.
I have been sending emails, first I thought they were on holidays, but holiday season is well behind us, and if they were a serious family business, they would be a lot more helpful reassuring their customers about their orders.
It is infuriating to know more people are falling for their scam! AVOID!!!!!
