Great Experiences in Italy
On our recent Italy trip, we went on 3 different tours with Tour Guy. Each one was well organized, and led by very knowledgeable, friendly guides. The audio head sets were great, we could always hear our guide clearly. Highly recommend the Tour Guy!

Our tours were mostly good
Our tours were mostly good. The guides were excellent. The lower rating is related to our Notre Dame tour. The time was changed multiple times and we finally were tired of the confusion and cancelled. We went on our own instead.

Our goal is always to provide a world-class experience, but occasionally local logistics or shifting access at historic monuments require us to adjust schedules. We completely understand how this back-and-forth can become exhausting when you are trying to enjoy your vacation, and it is never our intention to cause confusion. Booked tour for April 24 at 1645. Arrived at 1646 due to getting erroneous directions. No one at the entrance to the gallery to meet us. Could not find a tour guy guide. Unable to book another tour. Very disappointed. Would appreciate getting a refund. Thank you.

Because we operate in world-class monuments with incredibly strict, time-sensitive entry slots, our tours must depart exactly at the scheduled start time. Much like a flight or a train, we are unable to hold the group or the guide for late arrivals, as doing so would jeopardize the entry for every other guest and potentially result in the entire group being denied access by the gallery administration. Our vouchers specify a mandatory arrival time well in advance of the start time specifically to account for the navigation challenges that often come with being in a new city. While we understand the frustration of getting turned around, we cannot provide refunds for late arrivals as the tickets and guide were reserved specifically for your booking. We hope you were still able to enjoy the beauty of the gallery during your time in the city.

Although the tour started a little…
Although the tour started a little rocky-was unable to find the meeting point for the Vatican museum/Sistine Chapel, Basilica-we called and your staff was WONDERFUL in advising us of what to do. We did, miraculously, find our tour amongst the many, many, many hundreds of people in the museums. After that, it was a terrific experience. The guide, Frederico, was outstanding, very informative, delightfully irreverent, but very funny. It was a magical experience.

Knowledgable, pleasant, and fun!
The guide was very knowledgable, the headsets worked great. They were clear and not destroying your eardrums as can be the case when using other tours. The guide was informative and pleasant. And even though i was running behind, they didn't leave without me. Was a great tour. There's an additional cost once you leave out the basilica, to go around the left side and head up to the very tippy top. But it is the best view hands down that u don't want to miss.
