Same as everyone else, paid £34.00p for a leaf sweeper and the item was not delivered. The Website was supported by 'Shop' and this was how I paid for the item. They were contacted and were no help in the matter

Scam. Bought leaf sweeper. Paid but never arrived.

I got scammed too, doubt I will get my money back.
Should have know better. payment went out on the 12th sept. Must be a scam, is there anything that can be done?

Same as everyone else. Ordered a leaf collector having watched a professional video etc, all very well presented and looked like a genuine company, and received a cheap child’s charm bracelet worth about 10p. No way of contacting them and web site doesn’t exist. Do NOT buy from these people !

It’s a scam, a cheap bracelet arrives but nothing else.

Totally a scam people like these sellers want there knecks ringing .said been delivered the only thing delivered was a shitty cheap braclet not what I had ordered don't buy from them they are total scammers also not been able to get in touch with them is shocking

Same as everyone else but order through SHOP which thought might give me some protection - no such luck and SHOP said it was delivered but nothing to show for it - disappointed that this company let these scammers use their app

Same as everyone else, paid upfront but nothing delivered. Yodel showing as local delivery agent but unable to deliver. Really bad experience, don’t think I’ll ever receive the item or get my money back

Total scam, paid £34 for a garden leaf sweeper, advertised on Facebook, on checking tracking for delivery found that the website was unavailable. No way of contacting them, all bounce back.. On reading other reviews, which were not available at the time of purchase realised it was a total scam

Same as everyone else. Clicked on FB link for £35 lawn sweeper. Got a weird charm delivered, which I binned. Next day via the tracker noticed my lawn sweeper had been “delivered” which I tried to query but email got sent back and website suddenly became unavailable. Then found all the awful reviews on Trustpilot and discovered what the crappy charm was about.

Same as others - saw the leaf sweeper on Facebook and ordered - received a plastic charm and that was it! Website and email contact don't work. A total scam.

Only gave 1 star as can't give non, a complete scam, revived a poxy plastic charm not the leaf blower I ordered. DON'T USE THIS SITE.!!!!!

I wish I could have looked at the reviews from 1 and 2 Sep. I ordered a leaf collector on the 2nd of September. I was given a tracking number. It stated the delivery is due on 15th, but on 15th I got a message saying delivery failed due to incorrect address. Contacted the support email but the email bounced thrice. After reading all the reviews it seems this company have made some easy money by scamming so many people.

Complete scam. Ordered a leaf sweeper and only received a £1 "lucky Charm" which I only realized was connected to the scam to get a shipping number to extend the scam period when i read the other reviews. The website, email and Facebook accounts are all gone. I have contacted my bank and they have advised me to email them and ask for an update and ask how i return the "luck Charm" and then wait a further 15 days for a response. I can then further the claim for a refund after that period. Hope that helps others.

This is a scam. Saw an ad on Facebook for a leaf collector. Website has now gone. Contact details don’t work. Shop don’t want to know. Do not use this Company or Shop.

Received a cheap charm in a bit of string today and lawn sweeper now says delivered. No way of contacting these people. Can’t even report on the shop app as it hadn’t been 30 days.

Think I've been scammed again , ordered a leaf collector on FB reading reviews on buying looked great , then come to send them a message but unable to find any contact of site .The Tool Now was a total scam again.so many of these now please watch out , I've been done twice now from FB never again..

Just as everyone says. Ordered leaf collector and got an unlucky bloody charm bracelet. Absolute wankers!

Website closed. Lesson learnt.

Scam domain name for toolnow gone. Loads of adverts on Facebook, suspect you won’t see them again.
