terrible experience

this review relates to the one in Oare Faversham in Kent
We visited here for my wife's birthday, 20 miles from our home.
our waitress a lady named Teagan, brilliant service and a very happy Lady
We ordered our starter all was good
We ordered 4 separate meals 3 of which were very dry, but ok, My Brother meal was really overcooked,
Rather than complain he accepted this but was very un-happy, we told our waitress that one of the meals was terrible, she apologised and took our plates away, She must have given feedback to a Manager.
A lady came over and abruptly said I understand you're not happy, My brother said that the Duck was overcooked and not edible at all so he left it
Her response was when you were asked about the food no-one said anything, We all agreed we don't, she stated again I asked you all, her attitude was you never complained so nothing can be done
wow what a poor response no care for customers at all, It was obviously our fault,?
not being satisfied with her tone and attitude, I asked to speak to her again, I said I am not happy with her demeanour, and the way she spoke to us, I reminded her this was honest feedback, she said she wanted feedback, She clearly only wants positive feedback
We were not seeking a discount or a reduction I just wanted to let her know that as a customer we have choice where to eat, And we travelled 20 miles for this appalling service from a very rude Land land lady
I realised there was no point in continuing the conversation because we didn't matter
We paid the bill of £ 239.00 for 4 people ,We tipped the waitress £20.00 for great service .
The worse customer service experience we have ever had , And certainly will never return to a Restaurant/pub where such a rude woman trats customers disrespectfully
overall what a joke place overpriced and poorly cooked food with a truly arrogant woman running the show
