Nokia 2720 2G not 4G read the description carefully
Good points first. Delivery on time and followed my request for the delivery to be delayed a little so someone could be home.
Not so good points. The telephone is 2G not 4G as I presumed. I didn't notice this, I've checked the description again on the website and it just seems to mention GSM. Maybe consider making it clearer when phones don't have 4G, I really thought 2G was finished with In either case, Techbase wrote to me to say that they would change the phone for me so fair play to them. As it is I'm not in the UK so I'll just find an elderly relative or friend who needs a phone just for texting and phoning. Thanks Techbase. I would use company again but pay more attention.

**** Product now arrived and is absolutely fine, but still not impressed with Trustpilot who I don't trust.
