I have had a great experience with the Teacher Project, so far. In the Online Tutor University, the STENGTHS have been: 1. the community - like minded people with a positive, professional and helpful attitude, 2. the training video content in the classroom - clear, concise, with examples and downloadable content, 3. the coaches - although I am not part of the Students on Demand programme, coaches still reached out. I especially want to thank Nigel who has been supportive, patient and honest. 4. the founder Elliot is professional, a great communicator and inspirational. The only slight DRAWBACK was the admin team was slow to respond in the beginning. However, once my issue was picked up, it was remedied professionally. I recommend the Teacher Project for anyone who is ready to start a tutoring business. It's made FOR teachers and tutors and is run BY teachers and tutors ready and willing to support. I am in my second phase of my journey with the Teacher Project and Nigel, my coach, as been incredible to lead me forward in my business. I have had so much growth that I sometimes need to pinch myself to see if it is real. He knows how to help me step by step and accountability is really what I need. I now have 42 students and 3 tutors which I couldn't have done with out him and the curriculum in TP. It's a journey that I am happy to continue.

I’m just about four weeks into the programme but have already learnt so much, not only about physically getting my business up and running (including launching my ad campaigns!) but also the mindset needed for long term growth and development.

Nigel has been an absolutely amazing coach; offering top notch support, guidance and wisdom every step of the way. It’s great to have that direct support from someone who has been where you are and knows exactly what it takes to become successful.

The office hours are amazing - discussing wins, problems, worries and thoughts with other people in your exact position and the wider coaches offers invaluable opportunities for personal and business growth - everyone wants you to succeed!

When I joined the Teacher Project in June 2025, I was burnt out. I was juggling a full-time teaching job and tutoring up to 18 hours a week (all 1-on-1). I knew I couldn’t keep going the way I was, but I had no idea how to change it.

From the moment I stepped into the program, Nigel and the entire Teacher Project team gave me something I hadn’t had in years: clarity.

As a classroom educator, I couldn't imagine building an online business alone: so I joined TTP. Luckily for me, I have had an extra dose of support, getting two coaches along the way! Coach Hanford was instrumental in helping me navigate the complexities of setting up the business backend, turning a daunting process into a manageable one. Prior to the teacher project, I was burned out of teaching in the public school; felt trapped and overwhelmed. TTP has really helped to open my eyes about what it takes to run a business but more than that taught me a lot about myself. I have really realized how much my mind has bogged me down. The negative trains of thought instilling lack of confidence but Coach Kent continued to believe in me when I couldn't on my own. At one point, he asked me to take a step back, pause and decide what I REALLY WANT in life. It didn't take long. As soon as I listed all the things I desired, goals for myself, I realized having my own teaching business is what I wanted. I wanted to be able to have flexible hours, room to be creative, get back to being the real me and not. You have given me room to do that. You have called me out when I was relying too much on you and you continue to support me. This week, just do- take action, sitting and planning to perfection isn't going to make me meet anyone and therefore no sales. Coach Kent, THANK YOU!

The community has been amazing! Many people from all different walks of life with differing goals and offerings. If you are looking for encouragement, direction, insights, challenges, affirmations. This is the place to be! I love this community so much! People who are wanting to be all that they can be amongst others who are striving to do the same. It's been even more amazing since I decided to open up and put myself out there. Prior to that, I would comment hear and there but wouldn't post anything for fear of being judged but that was more due to my own personal mind games. The wins and accomplishments that I have experienced so far in the program have been mainly around mindset and routines. I have realized the impact my mindset has had on me and my outcomes. Prior to TTP I didn't feel challenged enough nor feel I had any real vocational goals to achieve. TTP gave me both (Maybe a little more challenged than I was looking for) I felt on fire because I found other people who wanted to be all they can be in this world; the way I felt. Like minded people who were real! I felt like my life began to blossom once again. I have begun the journey of tackling the shackles of thought that has kept me from confidence and self-assuredness but no more. Routines that I have put in place have slowly become second nature and I don't have to think about them the more I practice them- i.e. SAVERS, calls (triage, sales), Ad tracking, Lead tracking, etc.

With my new found knowledge, I am most excited to accomplish establishing a business, my business providing sustainable income, not only making ends meet but enough for a vacation, too.

I joined the Teacher Project a few months ago now and I was facing a few challenges before starting to work with the Teacher Project. I wanted to leave the classroom but had no idea how this was possible. I started looking into tutoring but nothing made sense and I had no idea where to start. When I contacted the Teacher Project I felt seen and valued and heard from the get-go. Since working with the Teacher Project the mentorship and advice has been so valuable and helpful that I know I would not be where I am right now without the Teacher Project. I am very much still building my business and working through this whilst learning day by day but I have built confidence and now run classes successfully each week. I have also at one point last month made two sales in one day which was a total of 700 pounds, something I never thought would be possible. My overall experience inside the community has been amazing. Every week we have coaching calls and group sessions where we can give advice and have our questions answered. My coach Zach has been amazing. He always answers my questions and and helps me as best as he possibly can. His advice is amazing and I feel really lucky to be receiving such amazing mentorship. My mindset has changed. I have learned to structure my business well and so far had 15 students. With all this new knowledge I'm most excited about continuing to build my business, get more students and generate more cash. Ultimately I want to work my dream job of being self-employed and running my own groups online, having a better quality of life, more time, location freedom and most importantly, more time with my daughter.

I am 21 years old, and I have been in the teacher project for 3 months now and have generated 10k+ of revenue. Most of that time was building that foundation, now I am ready to really scale and won't be surprised if I start hitting 10k+ every month from now on. All of this is possible due to the incredible support the teacher project provides. All the coaches are so unbelievably knowledgeable and are always looking for ways for you to push yourself and grow. My coach, Nigel, is always providing me with actionable steps when I am lost and trying to find my way. I started with the Teacher Project because I love teaching, but my public school job had become unfulfilling. I longed to do what I do best in my own way on my own time. When I started with TTP they were very upfront about the time commitment and effort being key to success. They were correct: I spend a lot of time working on my business. However, I am already fulfilling my vision. I am teaching who I want, when I want, and how I want.

I knew going into this that I had the teaching part sewn up, but I needed help with marketing and business. TTP has been fantastic at providing all kinds of resources...in fact, there are more than I have time to access at the moment because I am so busy following up on leads and teaching. The training videos are terrific....I have only scratched the surface so far, but every single one has been worthwhile. My coach, Hanford, has been so gracious with my occasional panic--and he has steered me to the resources I needed at any given time. He has encouraged me and advised me, and best of all, listened to me. He gives sound advice and also encourages me to explore my own ideas.

The Teacher Project has really figured out how to tutor online, and they are superb at helping others do the same. Truly, they are all teachers, so I shouldn't be surprised. In addition to Coach Hanford, who is very available and responsive, there are many other experts--I have gone into other coach's Office hours and learned a lot, not only from the coaches, but also from other clients who are a little further along in the process than I am. I have met twice with Mon, the Tech King, who is gentle and kind, as well as articulate and knowledgeable.

Skool - Students on Demand is a well organized hub for resources. It houses the curriculum, facilitates and encourages community, and provides links to all kinds of meetings.

I am thrilled I stumbled on The Teacher Project. I am confident my business will grow as much as I want it to, and give me all kinds of options I wouldn't have if I stayed and got burned out checking boxes and reading scripts in the public school.

I am still early in this process, and need lots of support. I know I have it, and although I was in firehose mode for the first couple weeks, I have recovered and found balance. I know that Coach Hanford and the rest are right there when I need them. Like all good teachers, they encourage and expect successful students to take initiative. I love their model of teaching me to fish.

I’ve been in this program just about 3 months and just THIS WEEK I made $3800 in income from my tutoring business!! This program is SO VALUABLE and I’m convinced it’s the BEST OPTION for anyone seriously wanting to grow an online tutoring business!! I found never have been this successful this fast if it wasn’t for the great instruction and teaching of this team!!

I've been so impressed with the knowledge, commitment, and enthusiasm of my coach! Our weekly meetings combine instruction with tips for relevant application, along with encouragement and support for making this adventure-in-learning my own. I know that I am building a sustainable future that will allow me to do what I love - teaching teens - but on my own schedule, and with the rewards I seek.

I have so struggled to adapt from being a 30 year school bell chaser to being my own boss! I struggle so much with the Meta and making the adverts and pretty much everything! I'm an old dog! You know what they say! :D I've had a really difficult year which has kept on giving in a negative way!!! However, TTP is incredible. My coach Matt Aldous - an absolute hero who has been extremely helpful and supportive and continues to be! I am still in a muddle, but in a much more positive pace. I am already earning a decent salary after just 2 months but I know I am going to be able to earn a lot more, once I get completely sorted with the above issues.

But to all the doubters out there that see TTP as a scam. It is absolutely not. It is an amazing programme with support the whole way!

I've been a part of The Teacher Project for 30 days now, and the support offered by the team from sign up to now has been amazing. Onboarding with Sarah really helped me get set up, and work out my priorities starting my tutoring business from scratch. I was assigned Zach as my personal coach, and have had weekly meetings with my pod, and his help has meant I've really been able to focus my attention and tutoring offer. My ads were up and running in 20 days from sign up, and Zach along with the team running the advertising clinics are really helping me identify what is and isn't working for my brand. It's amazing to have so much help from people who have been in the same situation, and I'm looking forward to seeing what else I can achieve with their support!

I joined the program about 2 month ago and my experience has been very positive! I was hesitant at first to give it a try and bet on myself, but eventually made the choice. The community of teachers and coaches (shout out to coach Zach) are genuine and inspiring people who want to see you win. The support and guidance I received thus far in building my tutoring business is what helps me get through the challenges. Currently I have my first 4 students thanks to the coaching and resources I've received in the program.

When I joined TTP back in February of 2024 I had no idea just how much my life would change.

Reflecting on the past 19 months, I have brought in £276,000 in revenue, supported 142 students, bought my dream car and now have a team of 8 amazing people who are continuing to help me scale and serve more students.

Without clicking on Elliot's ad and signing up to work with TTP I would not be where I am today. My life is now heading in a totally different direction and this is just the begining.
