Avoid - purchased a new iPad , which broke after a few weeks , went to get it repaired and they said it was used and had been previously repaired , no customer service response

Bought a "new iphone" and eventually received what can best be described as a device put together from reconditioned pieces, from China. None of the bits really matched (different colour) and had different scratches and marks. Box was even a fake with blurred writing. Customs documentation showed they declared it as an MP4 player to avoid proper import duties. Arrived with a £20 bill from FEDEX. Company ignored any responses, so did a charge back through the credit card company to get my money back, and went through disputes process with FEDEX to stop their final demand letters. A lot of hassle. Don't be tempted, it's not worth it.

Ordered incorrect product emailed to see if i could return which they advised to do so, directed me to their website for the returns address. Sent the product back and my i decided not to send via tracked signed for as it would of been addition £15 to do so, i even said to the post office man at the time that i was doubtful i was going to get my money back anyway so why waste more!!!! i know i made a mistake not paying the additional £15 in postage and i feel like i have played right into their hands having read the reviews on here, after 5 days and no monies back or acknowledgement about my return i sent an email, as soon as they got the copy of my post office receipt and discovered i had not paid for registered post they have definitely not received the parcel and royal mail are at fault and i must direct my attention to them, I just had a feeling this was going to happen no wonder they dont offer free returns as i bet they do this all the time. Really disappointed by it all and it has put me right off buying from a small unknown business, im personally going to stick to what i know in future and also make sure i pay the extra on any returns, serves me right really not trusting my instincts on this company. Really sad in these times that companies do this and certainly not offer any help in trying to sort it out.

Don't buy any product from Tablethub. I book a tab 45 days back and paid the money online. I have not received the product yet. They haven't responded to my emails nor do they send any message to check the status of delivery.
Worst service. I don't know if I will ever get my product or not.

They sell used refubrished devices with fake accessories as "New", defenetly DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this seller it is a SCAM.
They forgot to mention that shipping is so long because it is coming directly from China. Even the box was from different model. I checked that man in google and his company status is to strike off.... No wonder.
The only positive thing from this happening is that I finally got my money back.
I was fooled by the fairly good rating of this seller, but please note that Trustpilot informs that the company did not contact Trustpilot for automatic feedback immediately after the purchase via the seller's website. So I suspect most of the comments are farce. I really don't understand how a company that cheats people can go on legally prosper.

Ordered weeks ago!! and still nothing, the usual rubbish it’s on it’s way or lost excuses..
Would never recommend and won’t ever order again.. Sounds like a one man bang company trying to do too much...

FRAUD FRAUD AND FRAUD
This company sold me 2 iPhones for £1500 on the premise that they are new. Both are 2 years out of warranty.
I cannot reach anyone in customer service and have not been refunded the monies.
The iPhone came from Hong Kong and is originally from the USA.

My solicitors and the police will be coming after you.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I have a birthday relative with a big smile who will receive a new Apple iphone 8 plus.

The phone came early today in time.

I am so pleased as well with the sealed crisp phone package.

I will return with more feedback once my relative starts to use the phone.

I have nothing to fault about my iPhone 6 Plus except the battery wearing out fast!

My main issues were with the Company who sold it. It duly arrived within the estimated 14 days (economy FedEx from China)!
Having set it up it rejected my SIM card! Tablet Hub gave me trouble shooting tips which didn’t work and asked me to take it to a repairer! They did pay for the unlocking, but what an inconvenience!
The box contained the wrong invoice, stating an MP3 player valued at $45! Two weeks later I received an invoice from FedEx for ‘Original VAT‘ & ‘advancement fee’ (whatever that is) for £20.89. Tablet Hub said ‘this is all in their ts & cs” (it probably is, but well concealed)!
Tablet Hub condescended to send me a proper invoice for the phone! It’s all left me with a very negative feeling about this merchant!

Just to update on my iPhone 6 Plus ( supposedly new ), the touch screen malfunctioned after 6 months and The Tablet Hub told me it had nothing to do with them as the device had only a month warranty ( sold as new, with one month warranty )! I got a new screen fitted ( £50 - obviously not by Apple ) & am trying to claim it back from my Barclaycard as I feel I was mis-sold.
If the Tablet Hub ever start trading again, please avoid, they’re scammers.

I took my time to change from my iPhone 5s to the 8 (I am a tight git and didn't like the prices). I am pleased with the phone, on my 5 the touchid didn't really work, on the 8 it is much better but recently it seems to have been slightly temperamental.

I bought an Apple ipad2 and when I switched it on it has a pink line on the screen.Im not sure it is brand new like they advertised.

Large, Clear, Functional
I bought this for my son for a Christmas present. Choosing between the smaller OLED and this larger LED was difficult, but as my son mainly uses it for watching videos, video chat, and messaging, the larger screen size won out.
The image quality is still excellent (and that is coming from an Adroid fan) and the overall build is really good too.
Battery life is really good - His 2 year old 6s? would hold a charge for < 1 day. This one lasts over 1 1/2 with quite heavy usage.
As Apple Phones go, this was a tad expensive, but an overall good purchase.

Great item and fast delivery. Received new sealed phone with all accessories.

What can I say. Love my new Iphone 8. The company had great communication throughout and answered all my questions prior I had. Moved over from Samsung so needed help and advice. Good company and trustworthy and will definitely buy again from here.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. Brilliant products. Will be ordering definitely from tablet hub again. The item was new and sealed.

Bought an iPhone 6s Plus , when you see it says free postage , take a good look at term policy as I had to give more money on arrival. To sum the whole thing up not a good purchase .
