Pasta making
Thank you to Valeria for showing us how simple pasta making can be at home. You showed us some tricks and some amazing sauces and fillings to use. I will definitely be trying out what I learnt in class with my kids.

Baking, demystified.
I can’t recommend this class enough; Valeria is nothing short of a brilliant and engaging teacher, the environment was ambient and welcoming, and every step of the process was highly rewarding and enjoyable. Not to mention, you leave with a beautiful array of pastries and a genuine understanding of how to bake them at home. Thank you again, Valeria - this afternoon was a truly great time and my family loved all the desserts.

Valeria was a wonderful teacher! All the baked goodies were delicious (my colleague's Mother in law thought they looked so professional that she thought he bought it from a shop) and the level of difficulty was just right for our group. We all had a really fun time and it made for a brilliant work Xmas party. Thank you!

We had an absolutely brilliant time at Valeria’s Italian desserts baking class! Preparing Cantucci, chocolate truffles, and mince pies was such a delightful experience. Not only did everything turn out beautifully, but it all tasted amazing too! Valeria is so easygoing and genuinely passionate about sharing her knowledge, which made the class feel welcoming and fun. If I could give 6 stars I would! From start to finish Valeria was patient and knowledgeable. She demonstrated the course excellently and helped us when we practiced ourselves. She was encouraging and really made the course wonderful. We all walked away with smiles on our faces and yummy treats that we made. I would highly recommend this course!

Great baking class!
Valeria is a great host and teacher. Very knowledgeable and professional, she also made the class fun and easy to follow. We learned more than just the basic recipe of baking but practical tips and food science. The Madeline, scones and ginger/lemon cake were delish! Would highly recommend for a fun weekend / birthday activity!

Brilliant French patisserie making class
We loved our French patisserie making class with Valeria in her beautiful home. We made our favourite profiteroles from scratch and a gorgeous tart. Everything was delicious. The experience was so well organised and Valeria was so friendly and explained everything. We did this as experience as a family of forward with two teenage boys would 100% recommend this.

Incredible teacher and host
Valeria is an incredible teacher and host, she went through everything at an understandable pace and the food tasted amazing. Also, would really recommend a private session, it made for such a special anniversary present for my partner- we both loved it.

Delightful and Delicious!
What a great way to spend 3 hours on a Sunday morning! Valeria was very professional and welcoming in her home. She was thoroughly prepared and provided expert guidance and explanations to an ideal group size of 6 in a warm, homely atmosphere….. and then we got to eat the delicious pasta we’d created. Would certainly recommend.

French Pastry Experience - well worth it!
Had a great experience making French pastries! A lot of in-depth knowledge was given from someone who clearly is very passionate about her art. Very friendly atmosphere and I would highly recommend to anyone for learning, a fun day out, or even a date idea!

Wholesome Family Activity
The experience was great - we attended the pasta making session with my two children ages 12yrs & 14yrs - it was a wholesome family activity and birthday gift (to the dad!). Valeria gave simple, easy instructions and was patient with the kids and flexible in making sure we made food to each person's taste!
