Customer Service responded promptly when I had a shipping question. The ring exceeded my expectations and arrived in good shape and is very attractive. My husband (for whom the ring was purchased) is thrilled with it.

I wanted to like the ring I ordered, it is a really unique design. But after waiting 2 weeks for it to actually ship, what arrived is a joke! The ring is completely hollowed out and is more of a "shell" of what is pictured on the website. It feels very cheap, as they used as minimal of material as possible to make the ring. At the price point of all their products, I would expect a solid chunk of metal. Not this hollowed out version...which I also really question if it's even real sterling silver. It just feels very cheap. I do not recommend this company, as they're running a money-grab operation.

The ring is fantastic!!!! I absolutely love it.

I had a delivery issue with Australia Post and the Swaf team were so helpful and always responed to my queries. I couldn't have asked for better customer service.

I ordered during Black Friday an Angel & Devil couple earrings, but it turned out I only ordered the Angel one: my mistake.

It was very easy to reach te customer service from email, order the missing piece and... not receiving it!

Yes, the shipping company lost it, ahaha.

AGAIN, the customer service was so comprehensive, they send me another earring FOR FREE.

Today it arrived, this Odyssey is over and I'm the happiest customer in the world.

Had problems with delivery evri lost my parcel .but to be fair
theswaf sent me a new one took a little while,they used fed express .I am very happy with the ring it was just like the photos,did not look like it was made of fake ai photos .10 out of ten for customer service.

Ordered in December with delivery promised before Christmas. Most of the support team was incompetent, vague, and useless. Tracking disappeared, questions ignored, and promises broken. Only Mr. Furkan was professional. Had to fight to get a refund, which I still did not receive in February. Overall terrible experience, would NOT recommend.

10/10 service, o ordered a 8 inch insted of 7 and they were able to fix it even tho I notified them 3 days after the order was placed, High quality af!

The earrings are beautiful, but I didn't receive any tracking information (from the delivery company). Even so, customer service was very nice. The jewelry is lovely and seems to be of good quality, so I recommend it.

I also had to pay customs fees in Spain.

Purchased a silver ring, it arrived damaged, they advised me to fix it and take it the jewelers and they would cover the cost ( i did not want to do this in case something went wrong). Went to the jewelers and they advised the ring is pewter not silver....
The ring arrived with no stone and no hallmarks or stamp of any kind, i was advised this is impossible.
When customer service was unhelpful, refusing to provide a return label, i filed a chargeback and it was only then a representative sent me messages on whatsapp asking if I want to be sent a new ring and its impossible its not silver and they just forgot to stamp it.

I purchased the Egyptian Goddess Isis necklace.
The website picture does not reflect the quality of the product I received.
The quality of the product was very disappointing to say the least considering the price paid.
Looks like it came from a cheap market.

Was ordered on the 7th of Jan and it's already in Australia 16th Jan and will be delivered wed or Thursday next week that's just wow wow wow for shipping

My email to them has gone ignored.
"I will not be paying the international return fees on this item.
I wasn't sent order confirmation for a week after payment at which point I asked for the order to be cancelled,
I was then told a complete lie that it couldn't be cancelled as it had been shipped.
I checked and the tracking clearly showed they had not even received the item yet.
Presumably given your all to common customer dissatisfaction this lie was told because you needed the business.
I then received a sub par item not matching the quality of the computer generated photos.
Just as the trust pilot reviews I have now read, described your items.
If only I had thought to read the scathing reviews before ordering.
If you dont provide a pre payed return label I will proceed with the charge back with bank for the fraudulent item and statements. (Item Quality and lies of having shipped)

Misrepresentation of the product and the shipping time! Bs exvuses !!! Using Chicago and NY as USA address is misleading! The proper authority will be contacted and this company will be under review... do not waste your time and money

They offer a very excellent support service, nothing to complain about, they helped me resolve a situation, and I am grateful to them, I highly recommend their site, but above all for the support they provide if there should be problems. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👌🏻

Extremely poor quality product. You pay over a £100 and get a total cheap item that’s not worth of £10 . Don’t get in this scam.

The delivery was a bit delayed, but they explained the situation clearly and kept me updated throughout the process. Honest and reliable brand—totally worth the wait once I saw the product!

I did make a order and after I realised the Google was add at shipping address a wrong address! So I panic and I was messaging to customer service and in the same day they get back to me with the message how the problem it would be solved!! I get my package!! I'm really happy with the earring I got!! Even if at the beginning I was a little bit worried about the size of it because in photos I can't see actually the size of it!! But when I got it and see the actually size .. I decided I would order another one: same model!
