Really great customer service, came out and went through all the options & advised ideas. They look amazing & have completely changed the look of the house. So fresh, modern & clean looking.

Particularly wanted to find a local installer and Matthew was very helpful & patient at the 'choosing stage'. Super-happy with the service throughout : measuring-up & installation were each completed with minimum of disruption around the house and the shutters are now fully installed. Matt is an absolute gem ☺️ Professional from start to finish, he gave great advice when originally measuring up and helping me choose which shutters would be best. When my shutters arrived, he was able to fit them within a few days and I couldn’t be happier. They look amazing! Would definitely recommend 👍🏼

I already had my shutter for about 2yrs when I had new windows fitted last year even though I asked for like for like my new windows were wider which meant my shutters didn't fit back nicely, the corner posts were too small showing gaps, the shutters were refitted so badly it was so obvious and ugly and also were no longer aligned and one side shutter didn't close right.
My neighbour gave me Matts Number I contacted him on a weekend and he came 1st thing in the week, I asked if he could take them down and refit them- Matt advised me he could replace the corner post with wider one If I wanted, I told Matt I wanted them to look right again as shutters are not cheap, every time I walked up the path I could see how bad they were which was a nightmare. While Matt was here I asked if he could price me for shutters for my 2 windows in the back bedroom-he said he would try and get the similar shade as my others. He came this morning and worked none stop-from start to finish he fitted my new shutters removed my shabby looking shutters from my double fronted windows and also had to remove the Sealant and the bottom beadings that was scratched and horrible--Over all my shutters look brand new, and my 2 new ones the matching colour is perfect. I have now asked him to price up shutters for my kitchen windows. Thank you so much Matt for your honesty in making an nearly retired woman very happy.

The shutters look fantastic & Matt was very knowledgeable on what would & wouldn’t work on our awkward shaped semi bay windows. 100% recommend & will definitely use again as we complete the rest of the house. Would highly recommend! I love my new shutters and Matt was fantastic, his attention to detail was amazing and took his time to get them 100%. Was nearly half the price of what Hilary’s quoted me and the quality is just as good. Will be definitely be having him back to have downstairs done!

Really happy! Matt has just installed three sets of shutters for us and can’t fault a thing. He kept in touch while they were being made/shipped and came out to fit them the day after they arrived.
