Amazing service when I had the smallest of issues. David resolved the issue immediately and went above and beyond what I was expected. 100% would recommend and will purchase again. Product wise the straps are great quality and you can see the effort that goes into producing them.

Military style straps from The Strap Tailor
I now have around ten nato style straps from The Strap Tailor which I interchange on my field and dive watches. They are of a higher quality and are more aesthetically pleasing than those which are available from the traditional military watch strap providers or other brands and they feel very comfortable to wear, with what I would consider to be more premium stainless steel fasteners. I wouldn’t look anywhere else for my straps now and can highly recommend The Strap Tailor.

Unmatched Quality
This came to me as a recommendation from my brother as I have recently gotten back into watches after a several year break. I have now ordered close to a dozen straps from the Strap Tailor in the last 6-7 months. I am impressed... every single time. The level of craftsmanship is unmatched elsewhere in the industry and far exceeds the vast majority of factory options, in a way more compelling price point. Keep doing what you guys do! The customer service was great
The customer service was great. I received personal contact from the owner when I realised I had made an error on my order measurements reassuring me that they would be corrected. It’s great to deal with real people and not virtual or AI. The strap I received was exactly right and very comfortable to wear. The materials are absolutely top notch.
