The staff was courteous and helped me with selecting my storage unit.

Very polite and courteous

No carts available and parking lot was full of draining water (not rain). The next time I went, there was a van stopped before the machine to type in your code to get in the gate and the lady was standing out there talking to the lady in the office. She finally told me to go around, but I could not reach the machine, so I had to get out of my car to type in the code and the gate opened so I started in, but then the gate started closing and scratched the side of my car. When I went inside to tell her what happened she said that I was not supposed to get out of my car. The only reason I got out was because the machine was blocked with the other lady out of her van talking to her. Instead of telling me that I wasn’t supposed to get out of my car, she should have told the other lady not to get out and to move her van. I have been running here for a while and never had a problem. I have three rental units here. I was disappointed that she was so insensitive to me and never told the other lady anything. She really should have told the other lady to get back in her van and move it so that other people could get in. And get through the gate in time.

Staff were very courteous and helpful. They gave us a tour of the facility and showed us the options. The facility was very clean!!!
