I was quoted one price which changed upon acquiring the unit. Patrons should be informed of administrative fees and mandatory insurance requirements. I wasn’t told either on the initial call about pricing. I feel like I was deceived.

My experience has been satisfactory for so many years now that I have been with this company. I just do not agree with a late charge after the fifth day, that is one day after the fifth. Sometimes it is harder to make that payment by the fifth of each month.
