I got the storage unit on the 20th of October and canceled it because I didn't need it on the 23rd of October and lady in the office told me she can only refund my insurance which was 20 dollars but I paid 68 dollars with a lock from yall which was unopened and they wouldn't even refund me the money for that 🤔 I'm very disappointed with the business

My experience with The Storage Center on Hwy 30. has been a great one. No issues at all and the customer service was exceptional. Amitte was so nice, polite and helpful. She's the perfect person for that position. She definitely made my transition easy.
