Poor customer service
Went to go rent a unit, the office was closed. I rented online, and it was simple enough. However, I didn’t realize the access code to get in the building would be in the 9 page lease. Customer service told me they would message the location manager (who wasn’t there) and would get back to me. I eventually found the code, but I never got a call back like they told me I would. Seems ridiculous to not have an employee on site when the hours of operation clearly stated they should be there.
