I played on this website and complained…

I played on this website and complained about how the withdrawal process is handled I also complained because I had Gamstop in place and they didn’t adhere to it.
The withdrawal process was so long. I waited nearly a week before getting my winnings which was only a small amount. I did eventually win but they have an option to cancel withdrawal and I did and carried on playing. I felt so frustrated with the withdrawal process.
I felt disappointed about them not adhering to gamstop. I have mental health issues and they don’t uphold an active self exclusion. I got response but they said they aren’t breaking and laws but that wasn’t my concern. My concern was they target the vulnerable and weak by not adhering. They are not registered with the UK gambling commission and don’t give a ADR provider out.
I got nothing and nowhere. They don’t take complaints seriously. Do not use the site.
