Journalling Workshop / Jump Start Virtual Book Launch
I joined the Journalling Workshop for the virtual book launch of Daniella's 2nd book, Jump Start, and it exceeded all my expectations. Daniella offered an interesting insight in to the neuroscience behind why journalling is a beneficial. It was an engaging and enlightening way to spend a Sunday morning. I loved that Daniella was advocating for self care and self development and then backing it up with the science behind it! I thought the workshop was also very well priced. I would not hesitate to join more events with Daniella and The Stll in the future!

Daniella was a great host
Daniella was a great host. Really informative, and knows her stuff. She has a lovely presenting style. For me I expected it to be a masterclass in journaling but it was a masterclass in psychology, I felt. Maybe, I misunderstood the course content, I thought there might be pointers on how to journal. We did journal for 5 mins at around 10.20am, but would have loved to learn the techniques. I hadn't realised I needed the book to learn the journaling tips, rather than todays class. I will now buy the book to get all the tips.
It was definitely a lovely way to spend an hour and she was a lovely speaker.

Unique experiences not to be missed!
I've recently attended the Wake Up Well week long workshop as well as the Full Moon and Self Talk, Shame & Safety workshops and have found every experience with The Stll to be inspiring and unique. At first I was skeptical as to how well these workshops would work virtually but it is very comforting to be in your own environment whilst feeling vulnerable and learning more about yourself.
What I enjoy most about the workshops is the wealth of specialized knowledge that Daniella and Natasha share in an easily understandable and digestible way, whilst also showing vulnerability in sharing their own personal experiences. There is a great sense that we are all in this together, with no judgement or pressure.
I am quite new to exploring these more spiritual ways of learning more about myself and I appreciate that each workshop gives me take-aways that I can use in my own time long after the workshop has finished - whether it's affirmations, journal prompts or new techniques or tools to help process trauma or emotions.
Finally, Daniella and Natasha offer outstanding personalized feedback at the end of the workshop if you are comfortable with sharing your thoughts and feelings with the group, and also via Instagram DM. I'm the type of person who needs some time to digest a workshop and it's great to know that my questions can still be answered some days after the workshop has ended.
Thank you for all I have learned so far ladies, and I look forward to attending a workshop in person someday in the future!

This was my second Wake up Well
This was my second Wake up Well. It is a Fabulous early morning retreat. Each 7 day course helped me recharge and feel energised. The three mentors are clearly spoken and so well informed in their areas, that the content just flows with ease. It has been thoughtfully designed.
Even though this was online, I felt connected with like minded people and flowing positive energy, it was easy, thoughtful and beautiful. I am so happy and grateful I found this and that cacao will now be part of my life.
Thank you so much Natasha, Niall and Danielle. ❤

Life affirming experience
I cannot recommend this enough. The most beautiful seven days. A profound, thoughtful and heartwarming experience. If in doubt, I would say go for it, you won't have a single regret.

One of the best things I’ve done all year
I signed up for the wake up well 7 day workshop somewhat tentatively because I am not morning person and I had never tried cacao or a ceremony before. It turns out it was one of the best things I’ve done all year! I really loved Natasha’s gentle guided session for the cacao ceremony. It helped me to learn life long techniques for slowing down, being present and getting in tune with my inner self. Each morning, the session was perfectly set up to flow from one experience to the next and each day built on the previous exceptionally well. The morning rituals really set me up for a great day and made me feel happy and calm. I loved the daily affirmations and journal prompts and they’re definitely something I’ll bring into the future with me. I was so nervous all week about the intuitive movement on the final day and I just could not stop smiling once I got into it, so much fun to just let go at 7am! Thanks to Daniella for leading us through it! I would 100% recommend wake up well and The Stll to anyone who is considering it!

Another wonderful experience 💓
Had another wonderful 7 day wake up well workshop, I can't recommend The Still enough. I did one in March also but really felt the full benefit of it this time, as I knew what to expect and could fully immerse in the experience. Natasha, Daniella and Niall are amazing, and have signed up for 2 other workshop's...it's really helped me get out of the apathy of lockdown and find my joy again, thank you 😊
