I ordered less stickers than I had planned because Sticky Brand doesn't offer free shipping on expensive orders which is garbage. SB charges $14.95 to ship 2,200 stickers or $19.95 for 2,400 stickers via USPS Ground Advantage which is the cheapest way to ship. For an order that comes to $290 they charge $14.95 shipping and when I spend over $300 they charge me $19.95 for shipping! For the slowest speed no less. I own an online business with heavy items and if you spend $95 + I offer free shipping. This ridiculous shipping charge backfired because I spent less on my order. I planned on buying a lot more, but I'm not paying those ridiculous shipping charges. I can't stand placing a large order and being charged shipping much less the fact Sticky Brand is gouging customers by a lot. USPS PRIORITY MAIL flat rate envelopes cost $12 and you can easily fit 5,000 stickers in there. Yet you charge $20 for an order of only 2,400. Who charges shipping on hundreds of dollars of stickers that are lightweight? Especially in 2026? Sticky Brand that's who! Also hope you don't have a problem with your order because their customer service is non existent. They say all the right things in their social media comments but have terrible follow through and vanish into thin air and I've spent thousands with this company. I only stick with them because of their price and the quality but I'm looking to find a company to replace them.

It was good just confusing as I wanted to add to my order but price was way higher. I figured it out and now I'm excited to get my stickers.

You send deals and then when you enter your website through the link there is a different deal displayed on the top banner so your never really sure what your offering. It feels like bait and switch. Also, the shipping fees are hidden until checkout even though you ask about shipping earlier in the process and you could disclose the $9 fee then. On my last order your shipping fee seemed excessive for a simple bubble shipment envelope and a long wait time.. My 4” square stickers are hard to peel away for the backing.

The Sticky Brand is the greatest company in the history of humankind. If everyone drew up their own picture, sent it in to make stickers, we'd probably figure out world peace. Give it a try.

Really simple ordering process, this is my second order with you guys. I was very pleased with the first batch of 600 stickers that I received and my designs have been popular and selling quickly so I needed to get more ordered to keep pushing product.

Everything was great except for not being able to use the $20 coupon which is what prompted me to order....

Great deals, and user friendly website. I will continue to order stickers from this company. I've always been pleased with my stickers.

Easy to order, die-cut was done well, shipped within the timeframe promised and they looked great. Can't ask for more than that.

I’m having a difficult time, approving proofs even on my new orders. The order came with the wrong year on it*after I asked him was charged to change the year my new orders keep telling me to approve the proof and I can’t find the proof when I go to re-order decals, which I ordered a lot the re-order gives me the highest price very confusing. Very frustrating.

I've ordered from Sticky Brand often and I love taking advantage of the "deals" pricing. The website is easy to maneuver through and very user friendly. I've always had good experiences using Sticky Brand. The quality of the stickers is very high and my customers always love them.

The quality of the stickers is excellent. Every order I’ve received has come out exactly how I wanted, and that’s the main reason I keep coming back. The print quality, colors, and overall product have always met my expectations.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the turnaround time. My first order took a while, which was understandable since I didn’t know what to expect. After that, I started placing orders well in advance based on my previous experience, but each order seems to be taking longer than the last. I completely understand that businesses get busy, but the delivery timeline has been inconsistent enough that it’s become difficult to plan around.

That said, I still haven’t switched providers because the sticker quality is genuinely that good. If the shipping and turnaround times were a little more consistent and predictable, this would easily be a 5-star review from me.

That version comes across as constructive rather than complaining, which usually gets taken more seriously by businesses and other customers.

One Missing Item Turned Into a Customer Service Failure

I placed a large order with Sticky Brand that included seven different sticker items, totaling 3,100 stickers. One full item was missing from the shipment: 500 custom vinyl stickers.

A fulfillment mistake can happen, but this should have been caught before the order left production or shipping. When an order includes seven separate items, someone should be checking the shipment against the order before it goes out.

I contacted Sticky Brand support multiple times about the missing item, including emails on May 19, May 29, June 5, June 8, June 9, June 11, and again today. What made this even more frustrating is that at one point they referred to the missing item as a “free reprint.” This was not a free reprint. This was a paid item that was missing from my original order.

After I pointed that out, I still did not get a clear resolution. On June 11, I was told the missing part of the order was estimated to ship Wednesday and that I would receive tracking once it shipped. As of today, I still have not received tracking, a shipping confirmation, an approval request, or a clear update.

This order is supposed to require my approval before printing, and I also do not see the missing 500 custom vinyl stickers queued in my account.

I contacted them again today and did not even receive an automatic response confirming that my email was received. At this point, their customer service feels non-existent.

I like their products, but this situation has been handled terribly. Production missed it. Shipping missed it. Then customer service failed to resolve it after multiple follow-ups. I do not know if I am getting automated replies, scripted responses, or just poor follow-through, but either way, the result is the same. I paid for a full order and still have not received one full item.

Once a customer reports that 500 stickers are missing from a 3,100-sticker order, the fix should be simple: send the approval request if needed, expedite the missing item with tracking, or issue a refund.

Leaving a customer to chase a missing item for weeks is completely unacceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Sticky Brand.

I appreciated the simple process for placing an order. Choosing some basic options and uploading the image was quick and the directions were easy to follow.

Like I mentioned before it would be great to have my own gallery of images that I have uploaded and be able to drag and drop these into a new order as opposed to having to upload the artwork each time.

Placing the order was easy. Fast turn around time. Kept me up to date of status. My stickers turned out better than I had expected. Thank You to everyone involved. 100% Happy here.
