I ordered 100 square stickers, but my image was a rectangle, so they cut the stickers to match the image/rectangle. I appreciated that so much, I did it again :)

When they are good, they are very good. When they are bad they are atrocious. I am a repeat customer because their quality is usually good and they have good sales. But this last order I received three of the four stickers I ordered were unusable. They sent me stickers that the printer was running out of ink. They were all streaky. There’s no way anyone was checking on quality control. The third one I payed more for the 3” size and it came in the 2 ½” size like the rest of my stickers that were $15 cheaper. I ordered my stickers two months before my event. The first time I contacted them about the misprints they told me they would reprint I still had a month and a half to my event. A month before my event I followed up and was told they were issuing a reprint again. Two weeks before my event I had to explain the whole thing again like they didn’t even know about it. It is now a week after my event and I still haven’t received my stickers. I have exchanged over 30 emails with customer service and all they have done is given me the runaround. They are either inept or deliberately ripping me off. If you get lucky you can get good stickers. If they mess up, lord help you. They are horrible. I’ve wasted enough time dealing with them and getting empty promises. I’ll be perusing a refund through my credit card company.

I never uploaded art and ordered stickers from my iPhone before with stickybrand but it was incredibly easy, uploaded Illustrator files and all was good. I usually work and upload from desktop. I’ve ordered from this company previously and continue to purchase products.

My decals arrived and were printed much darker than the proof, that was emailed to me. I tried contacting customer service, about how unsatisfied I was, and to get them reprinted. Customer Service never responded back to me.
