Sarah Munro was very helpful and supportive. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed by explained everything to me properly and broke it down as simply as possible. The problem I was experiencing was new to me and a bit confusing. My questions was about the mileage, what does the tax bracket that I have mean to me, and finally how my payslip works.

Kelly was very polite, friendly and found out the information I enquired about straight away.

I deal with the onboarding and expense team in particular Holly and Lauren, and nothing is ever too much trouble for them and both are equally quick in responding to any query I may have to help the operatives who I payroll through Sterling to be promptly set up and paid
