Bad quality, bad customer service
I would recommend this scam company. Firstly all the reviews on their site are put up by them, they don’t allow any bad reviews to be shown. Secondly I ordered a bracelet for $100 which easily feels like one on amazon for $10 and the clasp kept on opening with my braclet falling off. Eventually it fell off and I couldn’t find it and I asked customer service if they can help my and they didn’t even offer a discount towards a new one, not even a replacement. Horrible customer service, they say a lot in a nice manner but don’t do anything. Would order from other places.

I really love the chains...Hardware breaks too easily
I really love the chains, but all 4 of the chains I've bought recently break at the clasp. They are just too soft and weak. I've ordered some replacement clasps off of Amazon so that i can still use them. Sure would be nice if they just came with stronger hardware.

Great quality and shipped fast! Got a chain that I realized was a bit too short once it arrived, but it is fantastic quality and I've been wearing it daily since I got it. Once my paycheck comes through, I'll be grabbing a few more that are a bit longer so I have a nice collection to pick from for day to day. Very high quality metal, no chipping or marks left on my skin! Would highly recommend

Horrible customer service and never received package
I ordered a bracelet for my boyfriend's birthday and never received the package. I got in touch with FedEx first and tried to remedy the situation, they were helpful but could not fix it. Then I proceeded to email with the customer service team at the steel shop and they were absolutely no help. I sent them all the information they needed so I could do the missing claim with FedEd and they never replied after that. I could have emailed them more I suppose but its the job of their customer service team to maintain client relations and be proactive when issues arrise.
It is now April and I never received my package. When I followed up with them, they gave me a measly 10% discount code as if I am going to order from them again.

Additionally, we only received your follow-up several months after the initial issue was raised, which limited the options available with the carrier and our internal resolution process.
At that stage, the carrier’s investigation window had already passed, which unfortunately restricted what could be done to recover or replace the shipment.
