My previous orders were ok but my…

My previous orders were ok but my recent order was very disappointing. The disc chain bracelet is too thin and short. Its almost a child’s size. The cable chain is invisible!!! Too thin. The products are much smaller and thinner than what you see in photos.

I ordered 5 bracelets as gifts

I ordered 5 bracelets as gifts. They arrived quickly and were as ordered. However, 2 bracelets broke almost immediately. The first bracelet broke after one day of wearing and the second bracelet broke after three days of wearing. Very disappointing, I do not recommend them.

I ordered my son a bracelet for his…

I ordered my son a bracelet for his high school graduation and the first one was 7” and extremely small, I measured his wrist again and ordered 8.5” which is too big. Both were engraved and I’m out $92.00 twice. I spoke to a rep Bianca by email and she asked for a picture of the tape measure with the bracelet and said she would see what they can do. When I replied back, it seems it was an automated message that said there are no returns on engraved items. I’m so disappointed and wasted $184.00.

There is something about the clasp/…

There is something about the clasp/ catch, it keeps opening up I've almost lost this bracelet several times, I love the bracelet itself but the insecurity of losing it every time I wear constantly concerns me.

Terrible Service

I purchased a bracelet for my son that ended up being too big for his liking. He tried it on once, in front of me, and asked if we could exchange it. I put it back into the same box it arrived in (minus the shrink wrap) and read the returns policy. Just to ensure that there was no way for it to move around in transit, I placed a soft cloth (the kind you use on glasses) inside the box, packed it in a bubble-lined envelope, and mailed it back via the post office. I was therefore extremely disappointed to receive an email stating that they would not exchange or refund my purchase (we had asked for a thinner version of the same bracelet) because of scratches. They included photos. Because it had not been worn and I had carefully inspected it and packaged it, I was shocked and very frustrated. We went back and forth over email but they just quoted their policy and refused to help me and then required yet another shipping fee to return the bracelet to us. When I got it back in the mail today, both my husband and I searched for the marks that were in their photos and could not see any damage at all, not under a flashlight nor under a magnifying glass. There are no scratches on this bracelet. I took photos and a video but, given their attitude, I won’t engage further. So here we are with a bracelet my son dislikes and out $100 plus tax for the bracelet and an extra $22 for shipping it back and forth. BE WARY. Their refusal to exchange this bracelet makes their “refund and exchange policy” an utter joke. Highly recommend you look elsewhere.

In cases where items show signs of scratches, wear, or any form of surface damage, we are unfortunately unable to accept them for exchange or refund. We also want to emphasize that our team handles all return packages with care and reviews each case individually based on the condition of the item received. While we understand that this outcome was not what you were hoping for, our decision is always based on the condition of the item as assessed upon return in accordance with our policy.

Regarding the return shipping label, we would also like to clarify that the prepaid return label we provided is $12, not $22.
