Poor return experience. If you pay part by gift card they will only refund to the gift card first - not the remaining balance paid by credit card. Never had an online retailer do that. They say “refund back to the original method” - prioritizing the gift card not your credit card - which is NOT standard practice. Buyer beware!

I contacted Customer service with a query about my order. They resolved the issue & were very helpful personal & efficient. I’m very happy with the items I ordered & they arrived promptly & well packaged. I will definitely order from them again.

I had a real issue identifying an order I knew I’d made as I had the goods but there was nothing showing my account. Confusion rained but after a few emails with Sofia we resolved the issue. Her patience won out. My lack of knowledge and using hidden email address didn’t help! Thank you Sofia.

Companies are often judged on the way they handle situations when things go wrong. And rightly so. Jasmine managed to reverse an in-store credit to me, when I had selected that option instead of a monetary refund to the payment card, without realising. She did it with no fuss and in record time, and I was extremely grateful.

Sofia dealt with my request incredibly quickly and professionally, with complete understanding of the problem I raised. I am super impressed with the service and would definitely shop here again.

Jasmine was extremely helpful and got back to me straight away to cancel a duplicate order that I made in error.

At the beginning I liked this company . But after just 5 months or wearing my Nike trainers and mainly just to the gym. On one of the trainers the back of the shoe inside something had obviously snapped so a hard bit of material was poking through and hurting my heel so I ca not wear th . They have said it just wear and tear and have ignored me. It’s disgusting they are expensive shoes and for that to happen after a small amount of time is not acceptable o would AVOID THIS COMPANY

Exceptional customer service ..from Sofia

I realised I'd ordered the wrong trainers (i do supinating not overpronating) so pinged off an email to Customer Services, without much hope of cancelling the order. Emails are answered in 24 hours (which is quick anyway) but it was the weekend so I thought I'd be out of luck.

But.. I hadn't factored Sofia into the equation!

Just 5 or 6 hours later, she sent a lovely email to say the order was cancelled and refunded. Wow!

It's a rare thing to find such amazing customer service and i felt valued. Sofia saved me a lot of hassle and worry. I will make a point of coming back to Sports Edit, purely because of her, a 'safe pair of hands' who causes you to have faith in the company if they have people of that calibre.

I am very grateful and thought the least I could do was send a review, which I don't often do. Thank you ;)

I was impressed with the sale deals offered on The Sports Edit so ordered myself some pieces. Due to the bad weather I expect, there were a few delays in the tracking info updating on the courier website. I spoke to Sofia in Customer Service and she was very helpful and responsive.
I’m impressed and will definitely buy from here again, especially as they offer a rewards system.

I received my package today which arrived in a very thin black bin bag. I thought it was a badly wrapped parcel from vinted. Two of my items are missing, I've been charged for them and I'm trying to follow up on that now with customer service.

After emailing customer services they very quickly established this had got damaged in transit and helped me with my missing items. Great customer service and I will happily use this website again.

This is the first time I had brought anything from Sports Edit - I brought my granddaughter trainers but unfortunately they were too small and there were no longer any at the correct size.
The support member of staff Waqar was really helpful and helped me get a refund even though the gift was slightly over the refund period of 30 days. Many thanks

Amazing customer service on right time for cancellation and assistance on further ordering

My first time using the sports edit. I ordered some trainers for my granddaughter for Christmas in November.
Unfortunately, she didn’t like them, and it was only then I realised that Christmas returns only started in December.
They were very expensive and I was worried I would lose all that money but Waqar was very helpful and arranged a refund for me.
I’m very grateful and would definitely use them again.
