Prompt delivery
Good price, well packed and a prompt delivery. The only thing that let the experience down was that the label on the bottle was peeling away and gave the impression of old stock.

Once upon a sunday eve, I fancied some gin, but didn't know what gin I wanted.

Really impressive service. My order was delayed due to the postal strike. When I emailed the company to query my order, the owner of the company promptly rang me (on a Sunday) to give me an update. My order arrived shortly afterwards.
